When I first saw this I thought they would give 1million MSP to one person as a raffle or something, but then realized I had to get a PC game to get 400 points(or $5), I got kinda sad.

I think it's stupid when companies shut down servers, I've noticed EA seems to do it a lot. Sometimes I like to buy older 360/ps3/pc games because I never got the chance to buy them the year they came out and I go online to find out that I can't play with others and I find certain achievments such as kill 25 players in a ranked match become impossible.
Jaggies happen on HDTV's and it's not just your tv, remeber that MLAA and 2xAA really doesn't completely eliminate jaggies.
God of War 3 was beautiful ,MLAA is more of a blurring effect and AA just smooths jagged edges. AA kills framerate, MLAA doesn't hurt framerate that bad. MLAA is acceptable these days and doesn't look half bad, AA is really only runs well on higher end PC's not consoles. The 360 can run 2xAA on a lot of games and if I'm not mistaken 4XAA on some,I could have sworn New Vegas had 4x.

I can back this article up, it happened to me around a month ago. I was buying Crysis 2 for the 360 and the guy went on telling me how I'd save if I got the used version. He tried to get me to buy the used one for a good 15min. I like to buy new games because I don't want Gamestop getting more money than they should and I've had bad luck with used games in the past. Not like any of this matters, MW3 will beat BF3 in ratings and sales even if BF3 is better it won't matter because Call of Duty isn't a game it's a conglomerate. Regardless I'll buy both because I'm a sucker for Modern Warfare games.

Everything looks awesome except the "MW3" part, if it said Modern Warfare 3 maybe it'd look better.
Blizzard still has Diablo 3 and the next two SC2 expansions I'm sure they're not worried. Plus with the amount of people who still play D2, D3 will probably take a lot of the WoW players.
This is gonna suck, New CoD, Battlefield 3 and Skyrim my wallet will hate me.
I wonder what would happen if blizzard got hacked and WoW was down for 2 weeks, would everyone play a different mmorpg? Also singleplayer is still gaming, if you switch to xbox just to play online obviously you need a life, it's may now it's pretty nice outside. Btw I have both a ps3 and an xbox Ive had them for a couple of years now, psn is down and I have MK and portal 2 for ps3, I haven't touched my 360 I've just been playing sp.

I thought it was handled well for what it was, it's probably not very easy to rebuild a network. It's been 14 days now and will be 15 in a half hour(EST)I'm sick of playing single player but I've not gone crazy yet, and I'm excited to try out PS+ so once again not half-hearted to me.

That's simmilar to other f2p games like Maple Story where as good as you are, if you don't spend some real money, you will get no where. Chances are things like High Runes or unique items will be sold by other players who hunt for items all day and since they will be hard to find for people who have low magic find(assuming HR's are still hard to find and MF exists and contributes to unique items).
