@summons Depending on what is being called next-gen specs are some times included,you're right that wiiu is a next-gen Nintendeo system but appears to be a refinement of what we have now.

@logic What? halo 4 deserves praise for showing what a determine developer can do with the 360 but this is six years to late and some of the features were done in killzone 2 which was released two years in the ps3 life cycle.
No really,the reason behind the non-friendly architecture was,they believed a developer would not take advantage of the hardware because it was easy to have running on the system,the support could've been worse,at least there is some parity with third party games.
Oblivion,portal 2,darksider1 ran better on the ps3,the architecture alone is not the only rason a game did not perform well on Sony's system and if Sony were able to havea easier system I doutb this would effect 1st ...
The wiiu cpu isn't as strong when compared to the ps360,its gpu is based of radeon e6760 which is no more than an underclocked radeon 6670,still better than the ps360 but fot their time they were comparable to desktop gpus.
I'm not sure if it's a good enough example but Alen Wake & Heavy Rain are a couple of games that come to mind,most believe that the fomer would sell better because it's more conventional than the latter,there wasn't any commercials I've for both games but hr sold better and faster than aw proving my point that market isn't beneficial or negative to a product.

Marketing is neither bad or good for a product it only gives the item exposure,it's the consumer choice if the willing to purchase the product or not.
@cpayne I was just talking abot the first comment,my point was,we don't know him so we can't entirely judge him,I don't agree with so of his view but I can see him wanting his alone time.
I don't see what's entirely wrong with divine's comment,I'm assuming he prioritizes his time so when he wants be in his own world he doesn't want people to disturb it,sense none of us personally know him we can't really say he's a troll because there maybe some truth to what he said.
