In short...forget about it!!
Guides are a rip-off!! Just wait it for it come out on Gamefaqs, unless you can't wait to beat the game.
Man, I was hoping that they would The Strangers out already.
Weird...I played Killzone 1 a month ago using my 60Gb model PS3, and boy it was surreal to be playing against guys using PS2s!!
Before anyone else bashes Sony, please ask yourself seriously if MS doesn't do the same thing.
@Sonarus,
You just brought me back glorious memories of N4G's Great Fanboy War of 2007!! When N4G was mostly 360 people, many Sony fans that you now see (including myself) were "rejects" from that little site called Gamespot. Those "rejects" waged a bitter and yet successful war which secured N4G's place as a premier site for the Sony people!!
I wish they had included the Game Gear vs Game Boy commercials!! They were hilarious as hell!!
"Oooohhh...COLORS!!" ;
I hear you, dude! Actually, this gen's console is the closest thing we have to the 16-bit console war. Hell, I remember one kid who was so sick of the fanboyism during the 16-bit console war wrote how or when would Sega and Nintendo start having the same games together. Gamepro's response was that it would be impossible for the two competing characters to have their games appearing on the other system.
Flash a decade and a half later, and guess what?
I'm going to get it tomorrow. However, after playing the PSN demo I could already say that Dead Space is already beating Bioshock in terms of graphics, suspense, and possibly even storyline.
Same here no problems.
Oh, the pressure of making some fantastic stuff when the retail LBP comes out next week!!
what happened to the "no games" for the PS3 mantra?
/end sarcasm
@agentvx,
After looking at your past comments, it seems that you are the one who is trolling every single LBP thread. You didn't the like the beta, so be it. By the sounds of it, you're upset that people are enjoying this game.
@king me,
Agreed. Resident Evil 4 was a little bit more linear than the previous Resident Evil games. Though I personally welcomed as it was less tedious and clunky, it just seemed that it was missing a bit of that survival horror feel. Just a bit.
Back on topic: After watching the new episode of Qore, I decided to drop getting Silent Hill: Homecoming in favor of this game, due to Silent Hill's somewhat unfavorable reviews.
@last dance
Bubbles for you for that best quote of the day!
Squaresoft was better before they merged with their RPG maker rival Enix. I lost faith in Squareenix games since after playing (but never bothered finishing)that over-hyped FFXII.
IMHO, I personally believe that Squareenix knows that their games are going to suck, so that's why they decided to bring their Final Fantasy franchise multi-platform, so they could recoup their money in case the game ...
"...about everyone's expectations already"
Yeah...well...except the members of the "other" camp.
Exactly my friend!
The only ones hating are the "other" people who doesn't want it to succeed in the first place!
@teejay,
Well TJ, just after reviewing your past comments, no "good" PS3 games will appease you because they AREN'T your taste. Doesn't mean they're bad, but they aren't for you.
BTW, I've played Halo and Gears of War with my friends. My impression: Good, great games but boring. Not my taste.
I agree Sonarus. I myself have never personally met a pro-360 Gamestop employee even though I always see them everywhere, like school and at my work place. As a matter of fact, I have the hunch feeling that half of the Gamestop employees at my area seem to be pro-PS3 or even "closet" PS3 fanboys!
Wow...that was exactly the same experience that I had with my local Toys R Us stores!! The only difference between me and author is that the Toys R Us employees were steadfast in telling me that they didn't have any shipments of the game yet. Hell, one of them was rude enough to me (not good, considering I just had a long day of work) and told me to not even bother about "checking the back".
