Fortnite is now essentially a place to launch other games in Fortnite (festival, lego, user gen content)
Roblox is same as Fortnite but with adults that prey on kids
Minecraft is basically playing with lego
GTA5 has a lot to offer but not sure why its so high on the list to be honest. Yeah you can go Golfing, play tennis, go racing, do heists, just drive around.. but its all self contained unlike Fortnite and Roblox that has multiple different experiences.

nice to see Battlefield6 get some recognition. I am really loving that game, and i rarely buy full priced games but i had to have BF6. I mean I played Black Ops 6 for the first time when they had the free week when BF6 launched, i did the campaign and deleted it... BF6 is really well done, its nice to see DICE go from 2042 to BF6. Lots of lessons were learned
they missed LEGO PARTY.. great party game and its available on all consoles, not just Nintendo.
i only have iPhones and i know those work. This was a free PS+ game back in the day, if you have had ps+ for a while you can check if you have it. There is also Knowledge is Power that is more of a trivia game, that is also a PLAYLINK game. I don't know about today, but last i played it a few years back that one had an ANDROID APP. why not search on your phone for the app to doublecheck? just type in the name of the game in the search in the google play store, or look up PLAYLINK games
I wish they would stop trying to force AI down everyone's throat.. AI sucks.. Pay your workers and get products that are 100x better... provided the shareholders aren't calling the shots, because they will say "Less Workers, more productivity" and for AI to be used because they want Dividends...
i mean Look at Cyberpunk 2077, AI wasn't used in that game but Shareholders forced a release when the game needed a bit more time in the oven. Launch was a dis...
I agree with you, instead of the AI being used as a tool, it will be used as a replacement for workers, forcing less people to do more work but it will be easy because they have AI /Sarcasm
I have yet to see AI do anything remotely interesting. When AI is used to make something, it is quite obvious. Sure a person who doesnt play games wouldnt notice but anyone that is even a casual gamer will see things are off.
"crucial" it is not... but i'll still take it..
though it will make it harder to buy stuff when i see it was cheaper before.
too bad they don't have a Lowest Price Ever
USA blames anything but the guns.. its never the guns
LXSTVXN, you do realize that like 90% of the illegal guns come from the states right? people smuggle them in and sell them here for a higher amount. if we didn't share a boarder with the USA guns in Toronto would be way harder to obtain. I've been around some shady people when i was younger and guns were pretty readily available for the right price, all of them coming from south of the border.
All you had to do was follow the damn train CJ.
its cyclical... Things that are old become new again...
i've lived through 3 phases of bell bottom jeans... Violent Video games is just on its 2nd resurgence... and in 20 years it will be on its 3rd
RFK can F**K right off
I think the NPC density (especially on the last scene where they are at the card table) is the biggest difference. Also in some scenes i noticed there was geometry missing on the Switch 2 that was there for XSS and PS5. I mean great they got it working on the switch2 but it seems to be the worst looking version, though if you arent seeing it side by side than you wouldnt notice as much. The NPC density on the switch2 though did feel a little 'LAST GEN' i guess i just expect more in 20...
i usually buy COD games when they go on sale because i like the campaign and the online is kinda fun. the last one i played was MW2 (the remake) and the campaign was good but the online was not for me. Black Ops was never my fave because i prefer the modern war stuff without crazy skins.
however seeing the BLOPS7 trailer didn't make me want to pick up BLOPS6 when it goes on sale, it made me want to play BF6 more. To be fair i put more hours into BF6 beta than i did int...
its still cheaper than PC gaming... I switched from PC to console around 2008-2009.. an xbox360 was a better value than upgrading my PC.. I had a Radeon 9600XT (bought in 2003 for like $300) and it was struggling with newer games. by 2009 i needed a new CPU and GPU, for anything decent it would have been over $1200 so an xbox360 was the way to go. That was also a time before steam sales, Steam existed but it wasn't as close to what it is today and Epic Game Store didnt exist with free mon...
yeah, i cant remember a time when a just released console is cheaper than the same console 2-3 years later...
When i got my PS5 (which was a pain to find) i was able to sell my PS4 with a few old games for $300, im in Canada so the PS5 was over $600 but a PS4 that i bought at launch for $399 sold for $300... in 7-8 years of ownership and playing it a lot, i only lost $99 on the unit.. any other generation i would be lucky to get $100 for the last gen console.

So many great games on that PSP, I know VITA had a lot too but it feels like Sony put more effort into the PSP.
Some games on here had no right to be as good as they were, the GTA STORY games were amazing and felt like they shouldn't have run on the PSP, too bad there was only 1 analog stick. Sadly i never played the #1 game on the PSP, i only played FF Tactics games on the PS1 and the GBA.
100%
it might look janky, but ill wait for some reviews. I wonder if it has any affiliation with WreckFest. That game was so fun, definitely had that FLATOUT feel from the PSP, though not as crazy as Flatout in terms of tracks.
sad thing is all this money will probably be used to invest in AI garbage.. like not AI in games, i mean AI data centres for MS.. It seems to be what MS, Google, OpenAI, Meta and i'm sure a few others are dumping any extra money into... i mean why do you think RAM costs so damn much now?
