Solo legendary was pretty tough, but you just have to be cautious. It was really fun though, the harder the difficulty, the more fun it becomes. For me at least it wasn't impossibly difficult.
I agree they aren't very challenging, but they are giving me some nice amount of credits.
I guess they can come up with some more creative challenges if they try, but then again it might lead to stupid things in matchmaking. If they make a challenge to get 5 assassinations today, then all everybody will do is try to assassinate each other. They have to look at many different angles.
I never got into Gears 1 or 2's multiplayer. Hopefully the third one will interest me enough to play it and from the sounds of it, I think this game will keep me busy.
Those executions were awesome, can't wait for the beta. Are there any conditions to get into the beta, or have they not talked about it yet?
What exactly did they steal? Are you talking about the black and white thing? They had that since the first Gears to tell you where your friends are. The only thing they added now is the colors. Every game borrows ideas from another. I'm sure your favorite game and developer definitely borrowed ideas as well.
Awesome news, a beta will definitely help them get the game ready and bug free. Can't wait to play it.
I downloaded the demo but haven't had the chance to try it, but wow that is an extremely low score that I didn't expect.
It is fun, but I just kept getting them over and over again.
The only problem now is that rocket race is the only gametype being chosen in multi-team. Hopefully it will get toned down a bit after the release, I played like 4 rocket race matches in a row last night, got sick of it pretty quick.
That was f***in hilarious
I know that every lt. colonel as of right now is definitely a booster. Yes, using the target locater is boosting. That's the most common way people are boosting and Bungie said they can't do anything since they are still technically playing the game. I'm Captain grade 3, legit.
You can try team arena, I think that's just pure team deathmatch games.
They are taking SWAT out of team slayer and adding a specific playlist for it. You can't really expect to get the exact gametype you want every time. What's ridiculous is what people expect for $60.
I hated that system in Call of Duty. I always get placed on the losing team. Another thing in Halo is that even if you are down one or two players, you still have a chance to win. I've had two people quit from my team and we still come out on top. The drop in drop out would hurt their system in my opinion. They should keep Halo, Halo and COD, COD.
Thank you Bungie.
First of all, how did this get approved. Second of all, where do these companies get these journalists? In order to write about a certain industry, shouldn't they know a bit about it? It seems to me as the years go by, the fans know more about the industry than a lot of the reporters whose job is dedicated to it.
I didn't read the whole journal yet, I too am busy with the multiplayer. I guess there is some good info in the journal, should get to it.
I decided not to sign up for the beta for that reason. I play a lot with friends using party chat, so I knew it would affect my gaming experience. I can wait till the actual release though.
I'm kinda disappointed since I've been anticipating the game for a while now. It does give me some time to catch up on some other games, and it would give them a full 3 years to work on the game, which could be good.
A couple of friends of mine and I tried legendary with all skulls on, and let me just say, good luck, especially with the iron skull. It was a blast to play though.
