I hope us 360 owners get that new mission as well. PS3 owners are going to have a blast with this game, probably my game of the year for 2010.
Looks like fun, but I wouldn't spend $50 bucks on this. I'm waiting for a review of that fighting game.
Been waiting for the cap to get lifted, I'm at commander grade 2 now.
Might pick this up a little later. I'm more into the user interface stuff than the actual games.
I used to watch the show religiously, but I never really got into the games, probably because I'm not that big of a fighting game fan. If they made an adventure game or something, it'd be awesome.
Awesome. I can't wait to try this out.
I don't see how they could have finished it off better. I loved the ending, it if wasn't for people spoiling the game online I would've been blown away by the part after the credits.
The cases will be purple.
Yes, I was waiting to try this game out. Criterion doesn't disappoint.
They are finally going to add netflix up here in Canada to the Xbox, can't wait. The only problem now is the bandwidth limit on the internet.
nvm I found out it's $50. I guess I'll be skipping it.
Did they announce the price of the game yet, or if it's just a downnloadable game?
I'm really surprised the numbers are the same as Halo 3, even with the increase in people who own a 360. I was expecting the sales to be higher considering how many more people own an xbox 360. It is a great game though and definitely deserves these numbers, haven't stopped playing it since release either.
I don't see how this would make any sense. Microsoft would be making EA a lot of money by doing this. Unless they create some sort of partnership, I guess it would increase their relationship with Epic. I guess if it is included in Bulletstorm I might pick it up, it does look pretty fun.
I haven't come across any modders or cheaters yet, but I'm pretty sure Bungie will handle this. The problem I'm having right now is the quitters. They definitely need to do something about them, something like Halo 3. Take credits away for quitting or increase the ban time. I have people quitting in every other match, and it's ruining the game. The need to get harsher on the quitters.
So we get 2 new forgeworld maps on tuesday, awesome. It's cool to see a fan's creation getting added to matchmaking. The finally added glacier to firefight matchmaking, and the increased time limit is good news for me.
The method of lifting the cap is pretty cool, so now people will be motivated to get those challenges completed, and it'll give me some time to catch up.
Another awesome update from Bungie.
if you really want you can stick a couple usb drives in for like 32 gigs I think.
That is an awesome deal, but 4 gigs is not enough for me. I still have my elite and its doing fine.
I am not buying it at full price, 20 bucks would be okay with me.
I was pretty skeptical as well, however a few of my friends have bought it and mostly had positive things to say. I may pick it up next month, hopefully there will be some hardcore games in the future.
I hope Ghost Recon takes advantage because that is one game I could see that would really benefit from it. I remember being able to give orders to your squad through your headset on the original Xbox, they could use Kinect for voice commands. That would just be a start, we'll see.
