Maximum specs are not needed for the future of consoles. Yes they are very welcome, but not needed. Nintendo has proven that. What is needed are AAA exclusive titles, new innovations, and for 3rd party to keep up with 1st party exclusives. Also for the games to actually look like the tech demos that are being shown to the public when completed. Many times we have seen tech demos and CG videos passed off as in game. Hopefully SEGA can find a way to keep next gen Sonic games on the same level or above Sonic Colors on the Nintendo Wii. That is a 3D Sonic game done the correct way. If they feel that the can not achieve that type of greatness again, they will hopefully remain side scrolling.

Congratulations to Mass Effect 3 on the XBOX 360. I picked up my xbox "better with kinect" version as well to add to the already crazy numbers. I hope this one lives up to the greatness of Mass Effect 2, which is one of my favorite games this generation.

I understand where you are coming from. But the single player is the least of my worries personally. I just hope the online experience is complete. Clan support, co-op objectives, all previous match types with new creative ones. Hopefully the ability to customize your character.

Every single Unreal Tournament game this far has been amazing. That includes Unreal Championship 1 and 2 for the original xbox. I had my fingers crossed for an Unreal Tournament announcement with the Unreal Engine 4.
