You are exactly right. MS have plenty of indies coming down the pipe. I would take cuphead over any other indie released this gen thus far.
But lets be honest here. The only reason there are even articles like this is because Sony lacks good AAA games thus far, Sony has said expect less AAA games from them and to expect more indies...so suddenly indies are taking center stage in the gaming media.

Shenmue NEEDS corp support. Why they would go to Sony who knows VERY WELL Shenmue has a strong history of poor sales is beyond comprehension. Thats why Sony is only going as far as backing the marking. Shenmue 3 should have been pitched to MS who actually have the money to help...

Great on Sony to announce 3rd party deals (meanwhile MS was bashed last gen for "money hatting 3rd party deals) but Sony has said to expect less AAA from them this gen due to raising costs of game development. Cheaper to "money hat"3rd parties to fill in Sonys lack of 1st party titles this gen.
Hmmm...Well it doesn't appear that PS4 CoD DLC first is holding any significant advantage....CoD appears to have a higher pre-order on MS consoles vs. Sony consoles dispite Sony having 25 million console sales.
So again, the only thing I walked away with from that trailer is the PS4 is the best place to play last gen games since there is nothing about the other multiplats shown that would indicate PS4 is the best place to play.

Forza 6 is a 90+ meta. Its just 1 reviewer with a bias agenda gave Forza a 6 which brings down the overall meta significantly.
He gave GT 6 a Higher then Meta avg as well as DriveClub higher than Meta avg and gave Forza the lowest review way under its Meta.
Don't let 1 review make the decision for you when so many others are saying its the best Forza this far.

There is a large learing curve to understand the controls which I managed to learn in very little time.
I have been running trade routes and did some bulletin missions where I now have access to imperial ships. Working my way to being able to afford a clipper. Then some serious trading to make money and soon I will have my Anaconda.

were my first PS1 games I bought with the PS1.
However I really LOVED Jet Moto, Air Combat, and Resident Evil. Heck Loaded and then Re-loaded were fantastic.

Really there are so many amazing memories dating back to my PS1 days.
I don't mind shotguns in games but the shotguns in BF4 are over powered and too accurate for a close range weapon shot at mid to long range distance.
Hote the shottie's in BF.
1) I have yet to see a game on the PS4 that shows its more powerful than the XB1.
2) XB1 is doing things in games that the PS4 can't/isn't doing such as cloud compute in games like Crackdown.
3) What mistakes did MS make this gen? Any "issues" that people thought MS were "going" to make was remedied before XB1 was released.

It's a racing sim. Dynamic weather and day/night cycles are irrelevant. The physics in the game are designed with day/night conditions as well as rain or dry conditions. Having a "cycle" is pointless in a 15 minute race. Driving in a set condition is what holds more weight.
Forza does so much more than any other racing sim yet the haters only want to focus on dynamic weather and day/night cycles. What next...every leaf on a tree blowing in dynamic wind?
I agree it's good have the best of both worlds.
However I regret buying my PS4 at launch because I feel it just isn't offering me anything new games and feature wise.
I was hoping to have KUF2 for the PS4 by now which is one of 2 reasons I bought a launch PS4, Deep Down is the other reason, but neither have released yet.
I would have just been happier owning my Xbox and being a single console owner until Deep Down and KUF2 finally rel...

I disagree. The visuals are by far better than just "satisfactory".
Forza always has, and always will be the complete package. Stunning visuals combined with stunning gameplay and performance.

You put a lot of faith in the GT franchise that hasn't evolved much over the 19 years or so with over 15 titles out within the franchise over several devices.
Sony is well known for sacrificing gameplay for cosmetics...a practice that has shown to be less and less accepted as we move further into gaming over the years.
Sure GT7 will look great, Sony spends most of their time and budget on cosmetics but without a solid balance utilizing the hardwares cap...
