It's so you can look like a complete nerd AND void your warrantee, all at once! Who knows if MS would even let you pay them to repair a hardware failure on something like that. I'm glad I didn't open mine as I'm getting it repaired for free as we speak.

The ragdoll physics are way too fun in this game. I spent about 15 minutes trying to get the largest hospital bill I could. Eventually my friend got it to glitch out and the guy flew about 100 feet in the air and hit the invisible boundary to the map. Good times, I will need to rent this game.

Because, the fact is, if a mom sees this when she goes out to buy a console this Christmas, she's not going to say, "Wow, $600, what a bargain over the Xbox!" She's going to say, "Look over here, this one is only $250." If this "fact sheet" is actually posted in public this holiday season, it's the best news for Nintendo, not Sony. I'm not buying a Wii, at least right away, but I'll bet parents will when they see the other two consoles compared at $600 and $700. ...
Does this game actually have a co-op story-type mode like last game? (where you run around with someone and beat actual missions together?) Or is it just the co-op against bots on the spies vs mercs that was in the demo?
Fear needs this. That game looks so horrible compared to HL2, and it came out later.
These screens just got me so pumped for this game, nice find. I really don't understand people who say that this looks the same as COD2... I mean, look at it! It's obviously much better lighting, detail, sprites, and... just everything. Hopefully this won't stutter in 720p like COD2 did sometimes, though.
Now all we need are some final videos to get us really ready to play this!

Don't buy it, the multiplayer is terrible anyway, so all this content makes no difference; it's still a bad game for $60. It seriously takes about 5 hours to get through.

The middle ground console (ps2) won last generation, so I think the middle ground console this generation (the one that's actually affordable to most people) will win this generation.
Now that I actually look at the ebay auction, that's even more sad... he claims that he spent 5,000 hours on the account. If this is true, he's barely making $1/hr at this point. Haha, what a loser.

Zero failures? Not one? Ever? I don't buy Nintendo consoles at launch, so I don't have any personal experience, but I'm pretty sure a zero-failure rate in any kind of industrial manufacturing, especially something as complicated as electronics, is completely impossible. If frito-lay can't achieve zero-failure tolerances for my bag of potato chips (I once got one from a vending machine that was sealed but completely empty), I don't believe Nintendo can do it with a video game console.
Nothing would ever get done. It was bad enough in Halo 2 trying to get a bomb in the base with 16 people when they would all keep spawning right outside, it would just be atrocious with 40.
