I think that's great too. But Apple is putting their own money into the USA economy which will be a great boon for the USA manufacturing and other companies will follow suit now I think. Manufacturing back into the USA and penalising those companies who do not. Now Sony are finding a way to not pass on the added cost to us and keep the prices largely the same. There are ways and Apple are now doing the same thing.

We'll see and it doesn't have more to do with that. It's more of a direct result of Trump's policies. I don't live in the USA so I dont have a dog in the fight. I just watch a lot of USA news related content

APPLE just annoucned they would be spending half a Trillion dollars to bring all their manufacturing into the USA from China to be done over the next 4 years. This is massive for the US economy

Sony are not going all digital. Maybe after next gen, but not before. Take it to the bank

If they're so happy about the sales, then why don't you tell us that happy sales number? I smell BS

Very good point. They sold about 10 million in the holiday period and they said 42% were completely new users so that's around 4 million with a brand new PS5, so I believe you've hit the nail on the head. They totally would have bought spidey lol and seeing as though Astrobot got GOTY, I bet that sold a million or so as well.

They? Lol it's just one sad little lonely embarrassment of a man that makes all those alt accounts. Just a single quivering sack of tears who is trying not to burst whenever pro-Playstation news or unflattering xbox news comes out.

I believe they rolled in Games With Gold players, so people need to be subbed to Game Pass just to play online. So even that 34 million number is misleading. The fact is that it can't survive on it's own. That's why all their games are going to PS5. MS now rely on PS5 to an insane degree and that's only going to increase as more games come over.

That percentage will only increase as more nad more games come to PS5

Astro Bot, Demon's Souls. Try again. Sony are nothing like MS-Everywhere

It has already happened. Doom Dark Ages will be fully supported by PS5 Pro. They are trying to sell games on other consoles, they are not going to half-ass it. They want the product to be as good as it can be.

Of course it's a win for MS. Playstation is keeping the whole xbox business afloat. If they didn't sell on Playstation, then they would say goodbye to 64% of all their revenue from gaming. And lets be honest, that number will probably increase as more and more games come to playstation.

I'm a hardcore Playstation fan. This is just what I believe will happen. If there is a way to get paid for this, then please, DM me the link.

Xbox fans will have a console next gen and I even believe they will have one the gen after that. MS will give fans that option. There will be many different places to play their games and a console will be part of that I believe.

I mean that sucks, but the game itself has been like 10 or 20 max on the PSN in the past so don't bitch. I'm just so glad we getting more Days Gone content and upgrade. In my dreams it does really well and a sequel gets green lit. But I feel like I'm 90% sure that won't happen *tear rolls down cheek

It's interesting that Sony sold 10 million PS5's in the holiday period, and 42% of them were new to the ecosystem. New users. It's safe to assume the majority of that 42% were former Xbox users. So that's around 4 million just in the holiday period. Meanwhile Xbox sales are tanking at an unbelievable rate. If I was an xbox user, I would have sold my Xbox and bought a PS5 in the holiday period for sure.
