@-Foxtrot

"I know N4G likes to pretend that it's totally perfect without fault and everyone who ***hates*** it is a right wing, closed minded, sexist, homophobic "trump supporter". Here's Foxtrot playing the victim again when a harsh truth gets pointed out to him. You recently got offended that Travis Scott was in a PS5 ad and said, "Or maybe I just simply thought they could have gotten someone a little better than Travis Scott...a rapper." ...

Some games benefit more from backwards compatibility than others.

Nah. Most people won't even be playing a next gen version of the game when it launches. I'll be waiting for the PS5 version.

Nah. The author gave substantive reasons for his opinion. His opinion is understandable even though, overall, most people would prefer minimal to virtually no loading times for convenience. But some developers have found ways to use loading screens as a way of improving the experience.

I can't believe they couldn't implement folders for launch. It's such a basic feature and we all have much bigger libraries at launch this time due to backwards compatibility. It took Sony 3 years to add folders to PS4 so I'm not hopeful that we'll see them anytime soon, unfortunately.

Agreed. The Pathless looks fantastic but it's not getting much attention right now.

I know I'd rather play Starfield, the next Elder Scrolls, Fallout, etc over just about any Ubisoft game these days. Definitely not buying Legion or Valhalla when my PS5 arrives.

"but nobody's calling them out because their games tend to be good." And why is that? It's because Ubisoft are outputting their games like they're on a factory line which inevitably results in mediocrity.

TLOU2, by comparison, came out 7 years after the original. If it was Ubisoft, we'd be on on TLOU7 fighting the infected in beautiful new regions of the world with every entry ("heart wrenching stories on the sunny beaches of Portugal!") ...

It's because this is the first COD in a long time that wasn't made on a 3 year development cycle due to what happened to Sledgehammer Games.

BO2 was still very good, and BO3 had the best zombies (if you bought the DLC). Zombie Chronicles is free through PS Plus now as well.

Overall, the franchise did start to slowly go downhill with MW3 (Ghosts was like an avalanche, haha).

You should add the Zombie Chronicles version of BO3 to your library from the PS Plus Collection (maybe that's what you've already done). Lots of classic zombies maps added in 2017 through that map pack. Zombies was easily the best thing about BO3.

The campaign in BO3 isn't worth playing, tbh.

Take note of the like-to-dislike ratio of your comment right now. Positivity towards TLOU2 cannot be tolerated so prepare for some losers to use spam bots

It seems like Xbox fans are getting screwed.

@annoyedgamer

Ubisoft just changed a text file in the game, dude. It required almost no effort. For Naughty Dog to appease the morons who were complaining about the TLOU2 they'd need to delete the game off the PS Store. haha

@I_am_Batman

You're using the word "discrimination" in a very peculiar way but I get what you're trying to say. It doesn't seem like we're actually disagreeing with each other.

As I said, this was an example of someone overreacting and I completely disagree with it. Ubisoft should have just ignored it. I don't agree with this line being changed or games that are designed around difficulty like Dark Souls, Hotline Miami, etc n...

Ubisoft shouldn't have changed the game but excessive political correctness goes both ways though. This was just a single person on Twitter whose profession is "accessibility" in media and Ubisoft should have just ignored it. They may have even worked with this person before.

100,000s of people subscribed to Youtubers like TheQuartering were extremely offended by The Last Of Us Part II (he made at least 60+ videos) and were part of a huge movement to attack t...

"people are fucking retarded by design" From reading you're comment, it certainly seems that way. Someone overreacting to a plot point on Twitter is not an example of communism. You're being just as irrational.

"THEY ARE ALL APART OF THE SAME ANTI-HUMAN AGENDA." The person who overreacted's profession is accessibility if you click on the link. That's definitely not "anti-human" by any stretch. She just overreacted and Ubisoft sh...

This is obviously an example of someone getting irrationally offended at a plot point which isn't itself ableist at all, (it's just a story) but ableism can be a problem in real life.

"Ableism is discrimination and social prejudice against people with disabilities or who are perceived to have disabilities"

So, let's say you have a physical disability (mobility issue - can't walk properly so you use a wheelchair) - it would be dis...

Called this a few weeks ago. If Sony didn't set aside sufficient memory to perform these kinds of tasks, then it's unlikely they'll be able to implement it (like cross game voice chat last gen). Not a huge deal but definitely a shame. They did patent something that was similar to Quick Resume so hopefully we can get some version of it in the future,even if it's just being able to have 1 game in the background.

The lack of Quick Resume will definitely be mor...
