Last bubble, didn't think this much conversation would start up over a simple bit of information.
I know they have said that it won't be available at launch for the rent and physical loan of a game, but they have stated they are working on that. The same could be said about Gakai for PS4 about not being there at launch but I do believe both sides will eventually get these systems up and running in due time.

They answered them in this article, family member are determined by you not IP address or blood. You choose them at setup or can after the initial setup.
Not to sure about the physical disc thing for initial download, but that would be the same problem with loaning a disc to someone.

They are similar as they both allow used games to work. That's been my point this entire time...
Xbox allows 10 family members to have a shared game library allowing you to digitally lend the game, but only allows one person to play said game at a time.
So you would only need one copy for all of them to enjoy on each of their consoles.
I agree Xbox's process is more restrictive and complicated, but it will still allow the use, trade, and rent/loan of used games.
I don't see how people are overlooking that when they have stated it several times.
Hopefully the PS fanboys actually read the article for once.
The only real difference in policies is that Xbox has the 24 hour check in. Both companies used game policies are the same in allowing you to buy, trade, and loan games.
Had a friend swear up and down that the Xbox couldn't play used games because that's what he read on the internet. Seriously idiots should stop getting on the internet.

People don't seem to realize that the only real difference between the two systems is that PS4 is $100 cheaper and Xbox requires 24 hour check in.
Xbox can play and trade used games, there will be a system to rent and loan, and any fees are left up to publishers.
It's not just brand loyalty, most people will buy the console that is a better fit for them whether it's internet capabilities, price, or games.
For me and my friends the Xbox fits what we want in a console, more so in the games categories and our internet capabilities. So logically we, since we are all friends and feel a consensus should be made as what console to get, choose to go with the Xbox One so far.
That's great to hear, so far these were the only games that made me consider getting a PS4 over the One, at launch. If they are coming to Xbox then it means I, and hopefully many other xbox gamers, will greatly enjoy them.

I said this plenty of times, I really want some clarification from these guys if it is exclusive to PS4 or not. I didn't see it in the article buy I may have overlooked it.
I don't see how people say PS "won E3". Xbox showed a great set of exclusive games while PS showed multiplats and exclusives we already knew about.
Sure the PS price vs Xbox price was good for Sony but kinda got negated by announcing a pay wall on multiplayer. Also FF and KH will be hitters if they are announced exclusive.

I don't think FFXV and KH3 will beat MGSV as a Xbox exclusive.
You know since your logic is if it showed at their event it's exclusive.
SE does need to clarify this though as it would be a massive advantage for PS even if it is only timed exclusive.
Logical choice is whatever you want. For me that's the Xbox, games were just better to me. And I want to ask PS fans one thing: Would you rather keep used games how they are, remind you that Xbox will be able to play used games and loan games, or kept the precious free online?
Any logical argument people have made for the ps3 over 360 was free online and that's it. Now it seems the big difference will actually be 24 hour check in vs no check in. Used games won...

I am also really excited for titanfall, but don't worry xbox gamers that do like JRPGs, PS only has one exclusive so far and it's an MMO. Is that MMOJRPG cause that's a lot of letters.
