Add MLB 09 "The Show" to that list of issues with firmware 3.0. Twice the game has ended and gone back to the XMB, without ANY WARNING or hiccup LOL. I mean i cant even end a game with the quit game function on the PS button and get back to the XMB that fast voluntarily. Game also has major slow down and control issues now. A week ago, all was perfect.
The original/Launch PS3's used around 200w.
I used this formula that was based at my power cost(.15 per KwHr)and 5 hours a day gaming/watching movies.
200W x 5 Hrs/day = 1000WHr/Day = 1KwHr/Day
x 30 Days = 30KwHr

$4.50/30 days= $54 per every 12 months

After the CRAPPY 20th anniversary Madden 09, WHAT DID THEY EXPECT a 10% increase!!! I have bought every Madden EVER made new. was the $320.00(with coupon) 80 gb i posted on here from Dell.com with free shipping. They closed the coupon within 4 hours of my posting it here and the Ps3 forums. A person in administration at Dell corp. told me off the record that out of 600 units they had in stock, less than 50 were left at the time of the coupons deactivation.$300 to 325.00 is the best pricing for a Ps3,and that deal proved it.
They pick a game with NO COMPETITION and no reason to improve. I purchased the 20th anniversary Edition of Madden 09. After that steaming pile of lazy software, i will not buy another for awhile. I have 2 ps3's now, so maybe a NHL10 bundle might be a better title. Uncharted 2 will not be in a new bundle, it as a standalone title is too valuable. Sony lost too much money giving it away for free before.

Well guess i will wait on replacing our 65 inch tv till next year LOL. I hope they realize that SOME OF us gamers/videophiles, have already bought HUGE TV's in the past 2 years.I guess that means my 1080p 52inch 120hertz Bravia, is already ANCIENT.While it sounds great,im not spending more $3,000 on A 3D T.V.
