is because Sony's Move already has shown Socom and Killzone 3 and (in 2015 :-) Grand Turismo 5) as titles to use it. Microsoft has basically turned Natal/Kinect into a Wii add on in HD with awesome social features. So the hate comes from the fact...EVERYONE thought AAA titles using Kinect were going to debut at E3...yet WE GOT SQUAT. Hate Explained!
Is their best and best overall sports game by a million miles IMHO. I rate Sony "The Show" second and Ea's FiFa series third.
I got the Mitsubishi C9 series 60 inch DLP TV. A chain HHgreg had a grand opening and my neighbor got a job there. So i got it for $660.00 U.S I already have 2 nice 46 inch Bravia's(2008 models). Just decided 3D at that price was worth it even if it meant moving a 46 inch into my bedroom. Bought a 4 year warranty from squaretrade for $114.00. So $774.00 so far and i need a wall mount kit so add $100 to that. Still after the Killzone 3 news, i feel vindicated :-)
My new 3d TV will be delivered on Tuesday May 25th! This news has made my weekend. I seriously debated whether 3D was necessary vs the cost. Yet i did it anyway. For once I have no buyers remorse thanks to Sony and Guerrilla games

Spending every dollar they had on technology, hoping that the developers would flock to the storage capacity of blu-ray and the free PSN as well as it unique computing structure. When the economy went in the tank, they had no extra money to keep EXCLUSIVES from microsoft's deep pockets. I paid $115.00 dollars for the 2009 collectors edition and strategy guide at launch.I did not feel 2010 warranted enough of an UPGRADE in any facet to buy it. EA will have to BLOW ME AWAY to get me to buy another Madden. Now NHL 10 and that series gets my money EVERY YEAR.
I left the maps in both beta's (MAG and BFBC2)...reported them...as far as M.A.G goes since reporting it in earliest stage...they never fixed them through 3 updates.BFBC2,still no fix.
I have a 3 year warranty(Squaretrade) and Have a Netflix disc(Woopdie Doo about no disk),and all my friends have a cell phone number for me(# just for playing PS3) so cross game chat not a biggie, and I'm a G.A.P member who gets into all the Beta's anyway..OH and i have a 500gb HD so cloud doesn't thrill me(my other PS3 is 320gb). Sorta Lame actually.
I played every stage of the MAG beta. I agree its a good CONCEPT. Yet it never translates to a TRUE strategic battle. Better Graphics and sound and making all matches top out at 50 vs 50 would have been ideal. Maybe if Zipper made having a mic activated MANDATORY to play 256 player matches would make it better. I liked the game,yet it never had that WOW factor. I had 25 friends in the beta, maybe had 5 on at any given time,so strangers with no mics were WORTHLESS.

Its probably the most interesting collectors item ever .Plus i got it for $60(Love the 50% coupon from Amazon+plus ECA discount),otherwise i would have felt foolish.Still its turning out to be "Better" than some had theorized.

definitely better. I guess having a true HD console with tons of settings to tweak may be the difference?Even the devs said if your PS3 settings are "wonky" it will not look like the 360.My TV has custom presets as well as 50 different picture sliders (Toshiba 46LX177) so i usually spend a half hour messing with the settings till i can see a mosquito fart at 20 feet away from the screen.
The PS3 looks better. I really thought they would be identical,but lighting is much better on the Ps3 side.
