The fact that its free is the PSN's biggest flaw...the only way can really track you is with purchases. Now if they hack PSN credit card stuff,that they can back track you EASILY.
That is exactly right. Similarly, if your son/daughter/brother steals your life's savings and is a crack/drug addict with no job/income. You will never get the money back,they would put some huge fine/jail time/restitution.The bottom line is ,the problem was yours,because you didn't protect your banking info well enough.

By the way, the newest backup managers(jailbreak software) connect to the PSN update servers when you launch a game from the harddrive and give you these updates just like if you pop in a disc(Heavy Rain Move stuff etc..). They also patch 3.55 and 3.51 games automatically so they work on older firmware. I have three PS3's...so i took one offline just to try this stuff out.Really nice to not have to use discs when your sick in bed,plus i play alot more of my games because they are in two p...

The last beta KZ2 was the same ratio,2 to 1 for Europe. AS it should be with Guerilla being a European developer. No Worries guys, when you jump on the international servers(from US) you lag like hell and MERC those SCEE punks :-P
There were only 1,500 in the SCEA server last time. SCEE server had 7,500 lol. Lots of times the group i formed went on the SCEE server and lagged like hell just to play more games quicker. Some nights we had 500 people on SCEA server tops!So this is actually more than last beta.
when i bought a second non-slim...instead of the slim PS3. It was to have another Linux O/S capable PS3 and have access to the PSN. Had i known of the software update,i would not have purchased it. That is why i am supporting the lawsuit.
Picked up MLB the Show 10 for 35$ last month. The "Buy 50$ PSN card,get a 50$ coupon" only applies when buying it with a PSP Go. Will be going there today,will post in the forums if i find any hidden deals.
might be the worst product Microsoft could have ever released. They should have sold Kinect to Nintendo and spent the money on a new disc format.
seem to forget that 95% of the people on n4g are HARDCORE GAMERS. Hence why it seems the comments poor in flaming Kinect.We all know it has no hope of being an alternate controller for AAA games period.Bottom line,unless Oprah recommends Kinect to all the soccer moms.Kinect sales will be poor.
They had 25 of us in a Hotel Conference room in January. They took all our cell phones and camera's and had us sign a confidentiality agreement. We played for 4 hours,basically all the stuff you saw at E3 etc. It was great to get a first hand look before E3.What Microsoft is doing is a tad different,at this point the core software is finished and so online is obviously their last step . So beta is a bad term, maybe just getting camera's in the wild to do server testing of the software...

Nothing they DEBUTED at E3 made a big impact. That is the key point made by the suits. E3 is where you get people salivating for your new stuff. Not debating the weight of your tablet/controller.
