I think the game needs a reboot.
Same save the island situation since the first. Each iteration feels mostly a tech upgrade.
The GOW PC trailers themselves are selling the tech and graphical upgrades.
The reviews will talk about how amazing it is on PC because you can see and feel the difference.
I think it is a good thing. Credit goes to the devs.

TV's have more latency.
I have i think all setups. Oled, and the similar monitor that you have but non curved and a projector setup.
HDR on that LG can be fixed with Nvidia Freestyle. It wont have the brightness of the oled but you can adjust the black and highlight details very close. Projector is its own thing.
I prefer switching between the lg monitor and the projector and my oled takes a back seat coz its 60 inch and my projecto...

I guess you might need to educate yourself a little more. PC is kind of necessary in 2022 and moving forward.
You can try Mac. Maybe a little less updates. Not the monthly Windows updates that take a minute to install.
The top shooters, mmos, 3rd party games, sandbox games and persistent universe games and pretty much all the top most played games and most of twitch is on PC. And of course content creators.
Its human nature to gravitate towards the best. If any of the tiny quantity of worthy console exclusive games show up on pc, people will naturally play the pc version if they own a gaming pc and play it in whatever way they want on pc, desk/couch tv/projector etc.

I will play this on pc for like what 15 hours. It will be fun for sure but its not forcing me to buy a PS5 to play Ragnarok, I can comfortably wait.
I have 600 hours on Warframe alone. Thats just one game. I play it with nvidia fresstyle, 4k, sometimes 1440p 120fps etc and also on projector setups with all kinds of customization. Again thats just one game. I did all kinds of stuff for Death Stranding and Guild War...
You wont need 3090. Thats just overkill.
Also Nvidia Reflex is actually amazing.
I can get my render latency down to 3ms in so many games and almost 2ms in a few. One article said that you could basically increase difficulty because your dodges, axe throws and feedback etc is almost immediate feeling. That is true for so many games as well that can lower the latency.
