I don't know Jalva. I'm seeing a lot of remakes and cross generational games on the author's WiiU list, and a lot of games intentionally left off the PS4 list.
I think you should count them for both, since they're awesome games available on the console that should be considered if in a position of choosing between one platform and another.

Don't know about that. COD:Advanced Warfare sold over 2 million more on PS4 than XBox one, and Microsoft has a timed exclusive on its DLC.

It happens as a result of network latency. Either in your LAN, or somewhere between your modem and the PSN servers. The servers themselves might be clogged with people trying to download Bloodborne for example too. Tuesdays are usually a little slower on the downloads.
Well they've already said they're going to patch it, so I think it's not a question.

Try putting your PS4 in your router's DMZ. That doesn't sound like an issue with Sony.
