If you compress the video down into an animated gif, any wonder you don't see a difference. There will be plenty of uncompressed video both before and after the release that you can watch. Delivering a product that the customer wants is not a money grab.
The entirety of your statement is pure trollery.
Other than the phrase "the Last of Us is a very good game", I disagree with literally everything that you just said.
To be fair, the ending of ME3 was pretty awful. Had they done it properly the first time, they wouldn't have had to respond to fan outcry.
Regardless of the relative quality of this product, I have to say that CMOAR is an awful name. Is their logo a lolcat?
"you just need to be good with your tools"
Phrasing. BOOM!
But seriously folks, it's all about what you're used to.
This will never happen.
They were a series of collectibles in The Last of Us; comics that you would pick up for Elly, with a strong space opera theme. Very Buck Rogers in style.
Alternately, you could say that any PS4 article would also draw trolls who prefer the Xbox One who would skew the results in the opposite direction. They do seem to come out of the woodwork at times like these.
There isn't a shift of focus at all. Sony is getting just as many AAA games as the Xbox One, and a lot more indies.
Well you're talking about asynchronous/asymmetric calculations forming the guts of your game's performance. What happens when your game needs the data that's being processed and servers are down/busy/latent? What if your internet is slow, or non-existent? Do you get an inferior experience to someone else who has a better connection, even though you both paid the same price for the game?
Not that PS Now is a winner either, but at least it's opt in. Personally I...
God. Lightning is just so... oatmeal. Pablum. Pasteboard.
I can't even think of an adjective that is bland and inoffensive enough to describe how much of a character designed by committee, non-entity she was. Where are the strong female characters of the past? Rosa, Rydia, Terra, Celes, Tifa, Rinoa, Quistis. I weep for your legacy.
Heck, even Enix used to make good RPGs back in the day. You remember Dragon Warrior VIII?
It's like the two companies merged and cancelled each other out.
I care right now, because of the Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD release. Before that, it's been a sad decade.
@Pozzle: Well said, sir. Final Fantasy X was the last game that really grabbed me in the series. Compared with the Final Fantasy entries that followed (including Final Fantasy X-2, sadly) the world and character building has been massively underwhelming.
Sooo... fungus growing into your brain causing zombie-like state - Fine.
Video game protagonist survives serious injury - No dice.
Your suspension of disbelief has some curious criteria.
This comment is likely to get disagrees from both camps.
What do those stock prices have to do with the performance of the Xbox One at retail?
@PlaystationSquuad: How is it a ripoff if you were never going to buy it? In fact, how is it a ripoff if only the people who want it have to buy it?
There are a lot of people who want to buy the game, some of which either haven't had the opportunity to play it before, or don't mind double dipping?
How is it a bad thing to release a product that people want?
@BattleAxe: Since the author seems to be laboring under the misconception that Destiny is an MMO, they think this might irk some people. Why wouldn't it be "appropriate" for PSN / Xbox Live IDs to be used in the exact same way that they've been used for every other console game with an online component ever?
Frankly, I just want to shoot some stuff.
Quantum Break is made by Remedy, not Naughty Dog.
