I am pleasantly surprised that we have yet to have a legitimate trolling attempt. Perhaps I'm too cynical after all.
EDIT: Apparently not.
He didn't say go out and buy it, did he? They rent these things you know. Or maybe you have friends who own the game. If they want to buy the game, so be it. People can choose for themselves. Personally I *am* going to buy the game again for PS4, and somehow I doubt that PS4.sx is going to get a cut of my purchase.
The game won over 200 Game of the Year awards last year. It's just possible that some people liked the game without being bribed.
Silent Hill was probably the best of a bad batch. Hope that The Last of Us breaks the trend, since the original writer/director is doing the screenplay and has final approval over script / casting.
Uncharted though... it just feels like they're going to wreck something I love.
There are PS4 bundles for a lot of games. Why not also bundle it with one of the most acclaimed games of all time? There are a lot of people out there who are going to be experiencing this fantastic game for the first time.
Looking at your comment history, I find your PS4 statements questionable.
@Macdaddy71: Half the time you're claiming Sony is broke, the other half of the time you're saying they buy reviewers. If you're going to troll, at least do it consistently.
The Smoke / Shiv is a valid tactic. Particularly to root out people who are camping in a confined area.
@One_Eyed_Wizard: It's not odd at all. GTA V is multi-platform.
So you make blatantly inflammatory statements, then point to the disagrees you receive of proof of... something?
What was your point exactly?
It is absolutely buggy and glitchy, just like Fallout 3 and New Vegas were before it. However it was awesome enough for me to still sink hundreds of hours into it even though I lost at least 50 hours of gameplay from a corrupted civil war quest line. It was horribly unreliable, but still fun as hell.
Even the original Xbox lasted four years before it was replaced by the Xbox 360.
@kantenkopf: It isn't the "most likely" conclusion at all. In fact CE-34878-0 is a software or application error which has nothing to do with hardware.
Multiple broken PS4s in eight months. The odds against that are literally 0.01%. So you are either exceedingly unlucky, or your comments have to be taken with a grain of salt. Added to the inaccuracy of your first statement, and I have to wonder.
More likely it's an automatic disagree on a comment from one of the Xi-lons.
The Share button gives you the image that you see on screen.
Photo Mode stops the action, and gives you a camera that you can position in three dimensions, change orientation and angle, change focal length, add filters to give special effects, and zoom in on the smallest details or zoom out to capture the entire scene. Its quite a bit more robust than a simple screenshot.
I don't need Shepard, but without the rest of the established races and lore, this decision disappoints me.
What vaginas are you looking at that are triangular?
I like Sam Raimi's films and all, but for different reasons than I like The Last of Us. On the face of it, it might be a "Zombie" movie, but that's not the tone it achieves.
The good news is that it doesn't matter. The Producer doesn't set the tone of anything but the budget. As long as they get a good Director, the movie will be in good shape.
Even on a terribly compressed Youtube video, I could see the difference even in the very first screen with the window and drapes. Much higher resolution and framerate. I can't wait to see what the later parts of the game look like.
If you mean that how I think you do, I can totally relate. There's a difference between liking something, and enjoying something. It is a fine piece of drama that can walk that line and bring you along with it for the experience. I didn't know what to expect going into The Last of Us, other than that is was a game by Naughty Dog. The opening chapter set the tone for the whole game, and I was gripped by it throughout the experience.
I'm really looking forward to li...
