not surprised to see the 360 version as the lead platform, tho
meh, his hack wasn't even designed to play pirated games. it would have to be significantly modified for pirated games to to work on a ps3.
so really it boils down to whether sony can link a successfully modified jailbreak to something that runs significant PS3 software (Castlevania doesn't count cause you can run that on an emulator on Linux, which was included in the original iteration of the PS3 OS.)
But in the end, really, does Geohot's jailb...
uh, money shouldn't dictate justice. sony is trying to starve him out by drawing out the legal battle. the donations are just to keep him afloat until the judge comes to a decision.
