it's a pretty weak argument. but he's right, the material that comes w/ the ps3 all says Sony Computer Entertainment, not SCEA (a California based company). He claimed to not have opened his plastic baggie w/ the manual, which has the stuff in it, so to be sued by a company that may supposedly not represent the company he thought he purchased the PS3 from may (unlikely) give him the leverage to have the case moved to New Jersey.
