so someone please clarify for me. for someone to get equal graphics on the ps3, they have to MANUALLY change the TV settings? do you have to do this w/ every game? doesn't that seem like a huge pain in the ass to anyone else?

the fact that they acquired that information in the first place breaks our right to privacy. obviously you guys don't realize how this sets a precedent for any company justifying acquiring IP addresses w/out our permission. this goes way beyond the case and affects any company infringing on the rights of the consumer. of course you fucking idiots don't know anything about this because you're too busy jerking each other off. think on broader terms for once

I get the feeling that if anonymous didn't start the attacks, Sony would have drawn out the legal battle and completely bankrupted Hotz. The fact that anonymous is still taking action is partially unsettling. I wonder if they want a public statement saying those whose IP addresses they gathered will not be subject to investigation. Sucks for Sony because if they do come out w/ a public statement like that, they'll look so weak in the public eye.
