All of us being gamers we know that this is absolutely wrong, if I’m playing a single player game, you may hear me scream and curse when I die (bear in mind that people usually ask me what I said when I talk cause my voice is usually low) which gives the creeps to my wife cause she never sees me curse.
But If I’m playing a multi-player season, I may laugh and smile if I die or I can curse in a low voice, it all depends on how I die, but I will never feel bad for killing someone...
If that happens then welcome back EA as the biggest ass in the console industry taking it back from Activition.

Phil Harison will always be remembered as the breeze of hope for all the people who enjoys the Playstation brand, when things looked bad for the PS2, he came out and told us to calm down, and he was right and when things looked bad for the PS3 he came out again and told us to calm down, but people this time around didn’t, so he came out so elegantly in last year GDC, and gave all the fans a light at the end of the tunnel and he’s been doing that all year long.

I don’t know if the 360 needs saving, it’s generating profits already, but I know Gears is the biggest game for the 360 this year, most of the people who bought the 1st will buy the 2nd and then some more, so I expect it to sell as good as the 1st, but I’m not sure if it’ll push allot of consoles, since like I said the ones who will buy it, probably has a 360 already.
You would be right about Resistance only selling because it was the only good launch title for the PS3 if it stopped selling after a while, but Resistance is still in the top 150 overall chart in the US and Europe selling around 5K every week, so how do you explain that?

Oh no we don’t want those asses getting any bigger, they made such a big deal out of the Guitar Hero/Rock Band compatibility, imagine what they will do next, they are as bad as EA.
Actually Harmonix went to MTV games, EA came in later and offered to distribute the game (just like Activition in GH 1 and 2), but then offered MTV to help in the publishing area.
So Harmonix went to MTV not EA, thank goodness.
We saw how when a publisher becomes big they become asses (See Activition for a live example) and EA have been arrogant and an ass all along, making them even bigger won’t help the industry at all, there will be no competition in the sport area, and they will charge for every little thing just to get back all the billions they paid to acquire these companies.
I also don’t think MS or Sony should buy them, the other consoles need their fixes of Take-Tow games too.
Like every one is saying if it’s actually in game like billboards or whatever and it fits, I think it’s ok, but if it’s a loading screens then the gamers may even hate the product if it’s interfering with their gaming experience.
An example for that is “Lair” on the PS3, the “THX” screen at the beginning of the game stays for around 30 seconds, 30 freaking seconds of my life got wasted every time I wanted to play the game that is just wrong, and by the time I reach the game I’m...
That’s a good idea, but I don’t think you need to tell people to buy the game, allot of them already did (Through pre-order), you can also see that it’s the hottest game right now on N4G so no worries, this game will sell.
Any good RPG is welcome on the PS3 and/or PSP (especially the PSP, I finish games faster on a handheld) but don’t take forever making them (or bringing them to the states) please.
Software totals are down for every console except for the 360 and the PS2, but these numbers are still healthy for the industry especially in a month like February.
I don’t have to rush out and buy anything, I own a PS3 ;)
I agree with Donkey Kong, every single game after the SNES sucked real bad.
