I am a huge NG fan, having finished both NG and NGB on xbox.
So, after playing this demo:
- same gameplay, same mechanics. Why change a winning formula?
- better graphics! All in HD 1080!
- Very smooth animation.
- Cutscenes are ingame. I did liked the CGI cutscenes in xbox, but this is ingame, and very well realized.
- Finished first level, of course received Master Ninja rank ;)
- it unlocks Hard mode and Mission mode where you can play as Ra...
Yay!
How do you come to the conclusion that lawyer JT writes better than a 4th grader?
.. most people like their computer as it is.
Why upgrade to Vista when your current computer with XP works fine as it is? For more bells and whistles with the same functionalities? Do people really want to shell out more money for this?
A lot of people have old computers, just like 90% of people have an old TV. Maybe I should revert back that question to you: why don't people upgrade their TV to a large screen HDTV? And yet, only 90% of the market only has HDTV. Do these people ...
The impotant question is if Valve's security has really been breached, whether it be by a malicous hacker or an attention-whore teenager who can't spell.
lol...
I guess you have trouble understanding what I wrote, so let me be more clear. It is a good thing that this guy is exposing to the public Valve's security failure, as Valve seems to deny what is really happening. Because if you weren't informed, you wouldn't be pissed, or maybe you would be pissed later when the hacker would mischief you with your CC information.
First, you cannot say a member of the No-Steam crew that he bypassed Valve's security, as no where does he says he does.
Second, he's only exposing Valve's security failure, which is a good thing, because customers can get ripped by having their CC taken.
Mihcael Bay's films are so full of plotholes...
Well, it can't be worse than Uwe Boll... is it? Maybe wishful thinking...
He obviously has no idea what he's talking about, as if developpers are more obsessed about higher resolutions, instead of details.
Because I'd like to see him make a CGI photorealistic movie, which takes a tremendous amount of time and work on high end specialized graphical system.
Cool!
Pocket pool for psp is coming out. Really been waiting for this!
lol... ok... just woke up... my sarcasm mode is not turned on in the morning...
Doesn't remotely look like any of the previous Point Blank game.
They are just using the name of the original Namco game to sell out their game.
He even says that a shooting paper target game wasn't the most commercial of ideas, yet the previous Point Blank games from Namco were all about paper target, and these guys are using the Point Blank name.
How ironic...
What do you mean about time?
It's been years that plentiful of hentai emglish translated games are available.
Hahahahahaha!
The puzzles are actually really fun!
Shame on you guys not trying to do the puzzles.
Instant gratification era ....
It's related to GOW2, why wouldn't it be otherwise?
These are bonus not included in the 2nd dvd of the game.
Only hardcore players would be willing to do a 999,999 hit combo, so a bonus like this can be fun.
Those disappointed are the one who thought it would be something else than GOW2.
Just because Jaffe has a truthful opinion doesn't mean he's right.
In fact, my opinion is that I prefer ps3 with bluray.
Everyone has their opinion.
Second of all, anyone who thinks that bluray will be replaced by digital downloads are completely wrong. Just because some of you do everything by download doesn't mean the mass consumer are doing it. In fact, the majority of consumers prefer having a disc format than having to download.
Disadvantages of downlo...
Interesting that most of you, in fact the majority of you here don't think too far in the future. The ps3 is a console that will stay for at least 6-8 years, and putting the blu-ray in 6-8 years will be too late.
Games will only get bigger, as more details will be put into the graphics and hi-def textures. If you aren't developping games, you would NEVER know how huge games are getting. You can compress data and textures all you want, there will be a limit to it, no matter how ...
I used to live in France, and I know the market.
From a major retailer in France (fnac), I can see that there are more blu-ray titles than HD dvd title, to be exact, 121 over 109. Not exactly mindblowing, but it's a good start for blu-ray. And from what I browsed, those titles on blu-ray were better than those on hd-dvd.
So hd-dvd winning the market in europe? I think not.
"The war won't be won with players costing over 500 dollars. PERIOD. Its pretty common sense stuff here. When a player whether it be blu ray or HD dvd gets a price under 200....Thats when a winner will arise."
I know a good deal about consumers, sales and marketing, and I can tell you the one thing I am 100% sure of: it's not about price.
Let me rephrase that more clearly: price is the reflection of the features and benefits the consumer is willing to pay.
I have a 1.8 Ghz P4 with 1 gig of RAM and can barely run Vista, let alone at a normal speed. And forget about the eye candies of Ultimate, it's too slow.
But you know what? I can run Debian with 3D animated desktop that's visually stunning, and everything is smooth as silk. Guess I don't need the latest machine to have an amazing visual experience.
And I multitask quite fine under it.
Have you every tried Linux? It certainly doesn't seem so, or you wouldn't post comments ...
