Plus normally there is very little games in the summer. Releasing it then would be perfect to boost sales of the game and ps3.

yup like that story earlier in the week, MGS coming to 360 for real this time! nope sorry. Unless konami said so, it is still a rumor. Funny how xbots say ps3 has no good games, but yet they are always making up stories for those games to come to the 360.
well its a lot faster combat than I thought, but I have to agree I don't like the art design. I loved the anime pop art style in all the other games and if done right could be awesome in 3d, but sadly so far not so good. I don't like how ryu and ken are so freaking buff.

hey no knock on uncharted, which IMO should get goty, even though it won't. Tomb raider does still have something left. Legends was pretty good, not uncharted good, but good. The puzzles in legends were a lot more challenging. Are all of you 16 with no jobs and can't afford to buy it? heaven forbid you buy two games in the same genre! lol

thats weird. My cousin from out of town was home for the holidays and he told me that his 360 RROD on him last week. That really sucks and in the middle of gaming season too :(
argeed, ps3 didn't really have a bad 2007. I'm still playing some ps3 games I haven't beaten. However sony did have a bad first seven months, but really every new console has that period at launch.
I sure hope they make heavenly sword 2!!!

are you a little worried that sony might unleash all their guns in 2008, much like 360 sort of did in 2007? in 2009 we really only got RE 5, and FF vs. I'm not worried just want your opinion. Still 2008 = another great year for games, especially if your a ps3 owner!

yup great list. For me devil may cry 4, white knight story, and diseaga 3 are on my list also. Not to mention you got dragon quest 9 on the DS and crisis core on the psp. I think 2008 might be the year of the rpg!! woot!

I don't think you are being a fanboy. Final fantasy 6 & 7 are the best rpgs and deserve to be on this list. I also think suikoden should be there. I second on morrowind. I also think KOTOR should be on it instead of mass effect.
I must be the only one who didn't like killer instinct. I thought it was very cheap, much like street fighter 2 turbo and primal rage was. I think street fighter 3 is the best fighting game. Oh well, to each their own.
