Yeah I know what you mean by the disagrees tbh I pay them no mind though (I didn't agree/disagree with you) :). Glad it's working for some and tbh it seems like only certain services affected not the whole of the network. I couldn't log in to PSN myself (playing UC collection atm), no biggie.
Try exiting and going back in, PS site just says unavailable, if you have been logged in since weekend the outage wont show it's when you try to do a new connection.

Across all formats 2016 is looking quite an epic year, I'm not bothered too much by this news.
New way to play could mean anything from gimmicky control methods to as some have speculated some sort of handheld system integration with a full console. Lets wait and see before going all doom and gloom :).
Picked this up (along with UC Collection, couldn't resist even though done all 3 on PS3) just after Xmas. Once I have finished XCX on Wii-U I'll get on with this.
That has been something since 7 (only allowed so many HW upgrades), call MSoft to say the Motherboard/whatever failed they are pretty good at just giving you another unlock code (this is from experience with 7 as not changed HW on 10)

Yeah there was the special day one edition that the 1st came with plus a standard double pack (still available in places in UK) plus the 2nd one by itself :)

I have been playing XCX pretty much constantly for the past week and I own all consoles (not handhelds) and a gaming PC.
Sad to say though other than XCX I haven't bought anything else for it (ZTTP is on pre-order though) this year, but the kids have had great use out of it with their games. So family wise it has been good to have the Wii-U in 2015.
Some good RPG's coming next year for it that I will get.
From what we have been shown the gameplay looks more action packed than HR. Or did you mean something else?

Whole heartedly agree with you, I am enjoying XCX solo (It's the first option you get in the game lol).
This just sums up the whole problem with this article:
