Legitimate purchasers would also suffer if they had a data cap in place, not sure why only pirates would be affected?

I don't even have an optical drive as PC digital distribution is really good nowadays, optical drives are so 90's :P
Don't even have an optical drive on my PC, Windows installs fine via USB and digital distribution is good nowadays so I never felt the need for one. Sad thing I pre-ordered GTA V from gameseek in Sept 2013, lol I hope there is a code I can use to dload digitally :D

Not everyone who plays this has played these types of games or even games before (we all had to start somewhere), maybe they should have a choice if the tutorial is used or not.
Yeah the battle and hex system were something else, shame it didn't quite work but I still enjoyed the game.
