That's just KS funds the money from Fuze is separate to that amount. On the KS page they say monies collected from the KS campaign is pure stretch goals. Not sure how KS will handle that though as if it does not reach 800k then KS don't take the money, well that's how KS campaigns usually work.
Seeing as this gen of consoles (except Wii-U) are very PC architecture orientated I think there are other reasons for these broken games to be released.
I am one of the hard of hearers, tinnitus too, good to see they are looking into these things more, saves having a headset at loud levels just to hear everything which obviously is not good in the long term in itself.
Doesn't that happen with nearly every game :D.
There is jumping in the game, sometimes needed to find secrets but also to act as a blast when used with a button/key press to push the enemy back a bit.
Edit: Also can be used to jump certain boundaries i.e. a hedge maze you can just jump over instead of routing all the way round :D
