Yeah physical games are never cross buy, cross buy would require you have the digital game license but it's also not expensive might be worth picking up depending on your backlog I guess.

How's much do you want your portable to cost? Vita also has great battery life and an oled (originally ) screen, say goodbye to both those things.
All that should have been different on vita is the name(psp2 so people knew what it was) and arguably the memory cards provided another good anti piracy measure was used. The vita is still a great machine, gets too little love from Western devs and who can Blame them, low installed base in the west.

Vita isnt too loved but the amount of stuff you can get on Vita if you're into Japanese style games and smaller titles is amazing. Honestly for handheld Im happy with that but I wish it had seen the same success as PSP. Does anyone else also think its because of the name partly? Nobody knows what a VITA Is but if you named it PSP2 it would have probably given people a better idea of what to expect and that there even WAS a replacement to the PSP...
Kickstarters routinely have stretch goals. 2 mil was just "it's happening" and the story continues, the rest is specific localization and features.
There are twice as many ps4 as xbox, it's just normal... that's how this works. Microsoft should worry but xbox owners /fans need not worry about anything except weather or not they are getting a good port. The fact that there are more ps4s out there may remain permanently and isn't something to stress over.
One could argue for all the guys who bought Xbox when it cost a lot more than ps4 in the launch window. Whoever is happy should be happy but 50 bucks is a very small amount of money for a machine most will use for 10 years, less than the cost of one new game... but more power to you if that's your thing.
