not sure where the 45fps came from, but looking at the video it spends more time at 60fps with RT on, with a few limited dips into the low 50`s ... a small patch could easily lock this at 60fps with RT on
Think i,ll make myself a playstation account tonight, and download this on my sons unused Ps4... If i can adjust to the controls then i may even purchase a Ps5 when they (eventually) come available, so yeah, a fantastic tactic from Sony and thankyou for the game
I looked into this issue awhile ago, from the various pages I read , it said that basically all 50hz tv’s are 60hz .. it’s exactly the same tv, just called 50hz because of being in a Pal region... the Other format, I can’t remember .. ntsc.. or something was advertised as the 60hz

Yup, just like taking a car for a test drive before you buy it, or checking out the quality of a tv from the electronics store , loads of people seem to bash game pass but I bet they apply the same principle of trying before you buy in their general life choices .
I can agree with this, If i played and enjoyed Skyrim, then i may want to go back to see how it all started, or visit different areas of that world, go back to play Oblivion, or Morrorwind, same with Cod, its great playing the latest version, but what if someone wanted to go back and play each generation.
The problem is, none of the Hardware manufactures care about us as individuals, they just want to make money, and every decision or sacrifice they make is just another pawn on that...
Fair play, and each to their own, but having nearly completed it I’m just undecided as to wether I would want to replay it at an extra cost, but admittedly I did enjoy the game.
Id actually like to see it running alongside the xbox version to decide if its worth the paid upgrade...

I’ve been gaming ever since the Zx81 days, the Zx Spectrum .. Amstrad 464 through to the Amiga 500 then Amiga 1200 then the Pc , my first console was Astro wars, Atari 2600 , NES, SNES, Wii , 3ds , sega mastersystem , Saturn, mega drive , Dreamcast , PlayStation 1, 2 , 4, Xbox, 360, one, one x , series s ... I’ve gone from no internet to dial up internet through to early broadband now to today’s fibre broadband , I’ve gone from 3 - 4 frames a second with black and white to 60fps now at 4K .....
Ive never played any of the Doom franchise.. maybe i should give it a go.. any recommendations for a first game ?
