I stopped trusting Microsoft after my 360 got RRoD 3 times, each time being sent a faulty replacement, Vista turned out to be a huge waste of £100 (not to mention my computer's memory), and their constant silly over-competitive cheating antics. Plus, they're in debt by a few billion, and that's the point at which corporations turn nasty.
And this customer feedback sh1te doesn't make a difference, it's just there to make people think they listen.
Sure, it's not everyday razer makes a non-fanboy comment, but if you make a big deal out of it, he'll resort back to his old ways again, and we get an arsehole plaguing the forums once more.

As far as I understand, the PS3 has extremely diverse and customisable firmware, along with a few hidden features tucked away that Sony haven't completely followed up yet, but should be including soon (in-game XMB, hopefully). It was part of Sony's plan to make a "future-proof" console.
I'm sure the PIP thing is in there somewhere.
Hang on, there was a post that reached like 1000 degrees abiout how the XBOX 360 had become "a PS3 beating media hub", but then I find out that it can only play DivX media from an external source, not allowing you to put it on the hard drive itself. Everyone talking about how 'overrated' MGS is should NOT mention Halo 3. Seriosly, it's not a good idea. Halo 3 is, without a doubt, one of the most over-hyped, over-rated, and seemingly over-appreciated games of all time.
