'F' is pronounced 'eff', and therefore requires 'an' to come before it.
Say it out loud to yourself, before you criticise someone else's spelling. You made yourself look like a right doofus, mate :P
Nonetheless, I would prefer to play the game if it looks like it did on the last set of screenshots. I don't want a downgraded version of the game.
I think you mean we won't be downgrading to Vista...
PoG, what do you mean, "How are you getting disagrees?" If you come on here and act like a stupid fanboy, you get disagrees. Simple.
Answer me this. If I came on here and said, "the only people who care what they think are hardcore Microsoft fans anyway", would you disagree with me?
I think it's about time you and Zhuk came to realise that 360 fanboys and PS3 fanboys are exactly the damn same. They bought one console, and hurl abuse at owners of o...
I think the fact that GTA4 is such a huge deal to Microsoft this year says something about the quality of the rest of the '08 360 games...
If you want a sad community, just go on Xbox Live.
Anyway, I think Sony are really trying to avoid Home becoming like Second Life. It's more like a 3D Bebo or Facebook. You just go on there to socialise, and play games with the people you know. if Sony somehow manage to pull this one off, Home should be a pretty great experience.
Sony said they're going to have Home heavily moderated, so I don't see there being many windows of opportunity for perverts or whatever.
"The Home service is plagued with performance and security concerns."
Where the hell did he get that from?
Yeah, I remember some cool levels were proposed for Half-Life 2, but were cut due to either time constraints, or because they didn't fit well with what Valve had been planning. I hope they'll feature in there.
Destructoid aren't the most honest site out there.
Besides, even if they didn't make it up, they only posted that whole thing so that it would appear as if they had integrity.
I didn't get the last one, 'web integration'. They didn't even mention the fact that the PS3 has a fully-functioning web browser. Weird...
Also, they made the download/installation progress sound way worse than it is. You download in the background while playing the game or leaving the console on Folding@Home, or whatever, then you install for about 2 minutes for a 1GB demo. It really isn't that bad.
They also didn't mention that some PSN games, like Super Stardust H...
I'd prefer either white or black. Black looks sleek and sophisticated, while white looks smooth and modern.
Silver to me looks tacky and cheap. That's just my opinion, though. In fact, ignore me, and just get whatever you want the most :)
So much potential... I just hope someone manages to fully utilise the PS3's potential. That would be great.
Oh, man, I saw a picture of the PS3 cooking some meat once, and I was just thinking...
HOW AWESOME WOULD THAT BE???
Well... you get what you pay for, I guess...
This game really isn't anything special, Move along...
PC gaming isn't dead, it just isn't where the money is anymore, so expect to see developer support for PC games dwindle over the next few years, unless something special happens...
Funny how we talk more about the consoles and less about the actual games. Actually, it's not funny, it's sad.
How about this: 2008 will rock for BOTH consoles. Everyone's happy, problem solved.
The 360 has 50 achievements, whereas the PS3 has 60 'Paradise awards'.
So.. PS3 fans are childish, and 360 fans aren't?
I think it's time you realised that a fanboy's a fanboy, no matter what console they happen to support. You call one group of fanboys childish, you call them all childish. In your case, you just called yourself childish.
Gaming for EVERYONE would be much easier without Steam...
