Love gt series. Have gt day one preorder but I can't help to wonder if some new direction is needed. Keep gt classy as kaz has always done but also expand the feature set and career mode with a story.

I agree. 1080p as far as i'm concerned is standard now. If a game isn't 1080p then its a No Buy from me, plain and simple. I'm not going to support less than stellar development effort.
Problem is...
Sony made two big mistakes. Missing iconic characters. Crash, Cloud, Sephiroth, Dart (who was in development).
And the Super system while fun still isn't very good. For 2 major reasons:
1) Development time and cost for adding new characters is greater, because the super cut scenes need to be developed.
2) You can't balance it that well.

Def. Game is a ton of fun. Just a revamp of the kill mechanic would be nice and more BALANCE!
I feel trophies are already implemented for multiplayer ala, Camo, Guns, Badges, Titles etc... The playstation trophies should really be dedicated to all offline experiences. This causes the player to invest more time into the game, while MP trophies simply change an online player's behavior to achieve said trophy.

TM was far too dark. It was a turn off. That's why 1 and 2 were so good. It was a parody on "you get one wish" but Jaffee took some drugs and for some inane reason though people liked TM games because of how dark they are.
Which is just not true. It was cause I was 8 playing TM 1 and it felt like a fun light hearted experience not a "silence of the lambs" movie.

I'd really like to see a mode where all the weapons and attachments are locked and as your gain experience in a set of matches you unlock things (only in those matches).

Disagree and a very shortsighted view. Long term investment of a gaming console is more than 1 year or sic months. Sony is strong for the entire lifecycle. This is undeniable. Microsoft is I'm it for the fast cash,not the innovation of evolution of gaming.
Ill wait for this online only title to get a demo. I suspect it isn't as good as what the media is spinning as it's just a online only competitive shooter. Nothing more, nothing less. I'll either get on pC or Ps4 Id it's actually worth while.
I thought this video would be lame but it was awesome, it's a example of an well crafted controller! You can see how his aiming adapted quickly. He only used it a minute. I'm very excited. Super precise and fluid.
Like many I have a powerful pc and the play difference between a console and pc is night and day. The buttery smoothness impacts your sensors in a good way. At first it may almost feel "too fast" but it's simply your perception from coming from something that played the content back "too slow".
