I'll be waiting until January. I am pretty much assuming a PS4 version release's in the first 6months of the next gen console cycle.
The forza vs. Gt argument is getting very very old.
They are racing games which emphasize completely different features. Where as, GT focus's on a simulated driving experience, while Forza has a focus on the Fast n' Furious life of racing.
If your fun comes from a "Fast n' Furious" style environment then Forza is for you. If your fun comes from being the fastest you can be in a real world car, bringing the car to the very limits then GT ...

I've played all the GTs extensively, had a ps3 since DAY 1 and think you are all out of your minds. GT5 is a great game. Not a PERFECT one.
I love the standard cars! If they took all the standard cars out I would be very upset. Would I like them as Premium? Ofcourse, but I'd rather have them then not have them.
The only Major issue I see with GT5 is the tremendous loading times and that kills the accessiblity of the game.

My PC is a mini (although actually quite large) rocket ship.
I'm still excited for the PS4, because all the modern CPU/GPU features PCs can handle will now be possible on a home console.
Which means... No more laggy interface, good multi-tasking and EXCLUSIVE games, created by the very best developers in the world (Sony Worldwide Studios) of whom do not exist on the PC.

I will probably completely pass if its "online only". The last thing I want or need is another wannabe MMO (DRUG) to lure kids into wasting their entire life in front of a screen.
Every since Ultima Online, I've been very Anti-MMO, also UO was pretty much the best MMO ever.
Titanfall is online only...ewww. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Kind of like duck liver mixed with honey.
I HATE Uplay and ORIGIN.
All these additional services make me not purchase their games. After I got screwed by getting a "Free" assasins creed with my last GPU, I realized I was forced to use UPlay to even use the game.
Never again will I buy a Ubi or EA game if it requires an online service. Sorry.
I don't need the overhead of passwords, emails and possible identity theft from these "Wannabe" steam services.

I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft drops the xbox divison after this generation. If PS4 really does have a PS2 era generation then the pressure from shareholders will be put squarely onto the xbox division's shoulders.
Funny because I just went to walmart (one of the largest in the states) and the preorders were 43-8, PS4-XB1.
