@ElementX You should be quite then until you've actually formed an informed opinion that isn't impacted by your loyalty for Xbox.
"But Sony fanboys on n4g hate multiplayer"
That's just what Xbox extremists say to themselves. Truth is multiplayer is more active on PS4, PS gamers just aren't brainwashed into only accepting half-baked GaaS games, we like having a balanced variety.
So the poor mans Pubg is higher quality? Interesting.
And they can't sue them since H1Z1 came first.
Pubg should be free. These free games are higher quality.
@aconnellan Except H1Z1 is a free to play game, you can't report on copies sold because you can't buy it. Since State of Decay is a game you can actually buy then sold copies is more important since it's a metric of success. Free to play games rely on attracting a large amount of players which means more people who will potentially buy microtransactions.
Widespread free internet isn't going to happen.
Phil Spencer already said they're working on cloud gaming that doesn't require a console.
Here we go again. Game streaming won't be mainstream until good internet is more readily available.
Funny how people didn't have this same energy with Scalebound. When that game's cancellation was announced people went from being interested in the game to celebrating it's cancellation, claiming no one wanted it, it always looked bad and making up stories about how it's Platinum's fault. Even Phil said it was "best for gamers", surely Crackdown being cancelled would be "best for gamers" too?
@Obscure SpaceRanger never said anyone should trust him. He made a prediction and then highlighted that just because MS say something it doesn't mean it's true.
Why was Scalebound cancelled?
According to certain people it was because it wasn't good and Platinum Games were missing deadlines, but if that's true then explain Crackdown 3. Scalebound not only looked better from the beginning but it was also a more important game for Xbox, it was a brand new IP that would've added some much needed variety to the platform.
Maybe if he collects his tears in a jar and sells them to a fan he might be able to buy a PS4.
Bungie have frustrated their fanbase with the base Destiny 2 being worse than the complete D1 experience, their terrible communication and hidden mechanics that work against players, their overpriced DLC that recycles content, the Eververse is hated by players yet Bungie insists it funds content and after all that they have the audacity to ask their frustrated fanbase for more money? What a joke.
What's sad is is people will buy into all this in the hope that Destiny...
@mark_parch "how come when microsoft have a game that's timed exclusive they have to announce it as launch exclusive but sony don't have to let us know."
"I'm 100% convinced games like nier and final fantasy 7 will end up on xbox just"
If you actually knew what you were talking about and did research you would realise that FF7 Remake was announced as a timed exclusive, Sony clearly said "coming first to PlayStation&quo...
This rumour got debunked quick lol. I thought anonymous rumours weren't allowed on N4G anyway?
Re-reviews would only encourage the trend of releasing half-baked games.
Bloomberg reports that Spencer has teased that Microsoft “will probably debut a streaming service that doesn’t require a console for some types of content in the next three years.”

What do you mean by "stellar connection"? Your bandwidth isn't really important for latency, what is important is your ping to the server. One thing I don't like about PS Now is the sacrifices to image quality, playing 1080p games at a compressed 720p on a 4K TV doesn't look great at all.
"[We're] very comfortable moving the discussion towards how we make connected gameplay – be it cooperative or multiplayer or online services – as opposed to fire-and-forget, packaged goods only, single-player, 25-hours-and you're out," Gibeau said. "I think that model is finished. Online is where the innovation, and the action, is at."
