No, it's a racing simulator with an advanced physics system that runs on an engine optimized for multiple different systems. Forza is a less demanding 1st party game using an engine optimized for Xbox hardware.

Native 4K is native 4K. "True 4K" is tricky marketing that MS invented, it includes methods like checkerboard and dynamic resolution that are used to reach a 2160p frame buffer.

The physics and career mode were fine, in fact the physics were best in class at times. The problem with the first game was the ridiculous amount of serious bugs, poor FFB settings and poor controller controls.
