In some of the other articles people commented on how stupid it was that Sony required being online to play games and I'm not sure if that's true. I was playing Dante's Inferno fine offline since my own internet was down and when I logged off and went back on it presented me with that error so this has to be another issue. Also GTA4 worked fine for me as well which was the only other game I tested.
I bet Capcom will come out with one of their silly "big announcements" and tell us "HEY GUISE GUESS WHAT? MASSIVE DLC WHEN THE GAME RELEASES!! YAYAYAY!" If it was "standard practice" to cut a bunch of content then why bother telling us that? I might just cancel my pre-order and pick up the game a months down the line for $20 used on Amazon and whatever ridiculous DLC that comes out should even it out.
take it easy on him guys hes a bot, he enjoys throwing cash away on content thats supposed to be there in the first place. If Fable 3 released with 1 dvd and it was nothing but the menu on it and in order to play the game you had to download the DLC which is basically the whole game for 400,000 MS points he'd find a way to justify it while calling everyone a noob. FF7 remake is their trump card right before they're about to face bankruptcy. They know the mere announcement of it would immediately save their butts but they also know they'd only have one shot at it. Like I've said before asking them to remake FF7 is like asking someone to repaint the Mona Lisa with modern flare and still have it groundbreaking. At first you'd be quite intimidated by touching a masterpiece but should you succeed, you'd be a legend.

Yes Wicko is right It's not that the story is linear but the level design. In FF7 once you got out to the world map you had a lot to do. Sure the story progressed in once direction but I could have gone and done other things like get Yuffie,Vincent, go play at the Golden Saucer etc. I don't like how FF13 is just one long tunnel design but nevertheless thanks to Amazon and their 10-20 off prices I've gone ahead and decided to give FF13 a shot. I haven't played a FF game since FFX which was imo...

As much as I despise Microsoft I really want this phone to succeed and really eat into Apple (hah get it?) reason being is that there needs to be more competition to spur new ideas and further innovate. Apple has really been getting stagnant in their ideas lately (ipad? srsly?) Droid seems to be biting at the ankles of Apple but we really need a worthy contender.

It's $15 a month and $15 with 11.5 million users = 2 Billion a year in revenue not counting people who pay to change their name, switch servers, change races blah blah. But year, 11.5 million is still mind blowing. I bought WoTLK expansion but never got into it because Icecrown sucked. Burning Crusade was much better and I'm hoping to return for Cataclysm because it sounds amazing.
I'd like it if they brought back some of the over the top stuff like jetpacks,tanks, airplanes and skydiving. Though what I'd REALLY like to see is a GTA set in the future.
