Nervous > arrogant
It's better to be nervous than arrogant about it.
But can it run Crysis?
EPIC. FAIL.
Darn it, I was looking forward to a PC version.
Now, pick your poison...
I remember wanting Crysis to kill Halo so badly. It did not live up to those expectations, my friend. I repeat, IT DID NOT LIVE UP TO IT! The concept was good and all, and it was a great game(not the best) but fell waaay short of expectations. It wasn't the need for proper hardware either. Those who played Crysis at launch know why. It was missing a crucial ingredient most successful games have...it's called "fun".
"When contacted on the issue, Gears designer Cliff Bleszinski told us that dedicated servers are "just a rumour"."
Cliff mentioned verbally how the next Gears would have "dedicated servers" on a Kotaku radio podcast, now Cliff is saying that it's "just a rumor"? Facepalm.
It shouldn't even be debated, dedicated servers for Gears should be a priority.
I just can't keep up.
PS3's attach' is higher @8.1 but Xbox 360 is still @8.8. Misleading title. And congrats to all, both Micro' & Sony... heck, even Ninty.
PC gaming is dead, I tell ya!
/s
/a lot of sarcasm
Btw, N4G is dead! Thought I'd remind...
MM keeps adding some good stuff, not a bad sequel from the looks...
Shadow' definitely has a unique ending.
N4G is dead!!!!
I saw a little spec on the floor that's not on the 360 version. True story.
@dc1
How bout you not forget to change your account name next time.
"if they mess this up i will sock you in the face! Yes YOU!!"
-Hey, I don't make the games I just play them! LOL... +bubble
I played, beat, and got most of achievements(PC) before even the first patch. My only issue then was just the lack of widescreen. Too little, too late I've moved on.
...Borderlands, Bioshock, Mass Effect, Gears PC. Different looks to them but stunning and running efficiently. No need for killer hardware like Crysis either.
Not to mention, most of these games are on multiple platforms. No other engine can do that right now.
