If they say it's not coming for PC don't doubt it. They said it, get it for the 360. If it comes out for PC get that too. Gears PC was great, but the online community was lacking! You still find people playing but it's not like the 360 where there's always people playing all the time! I had both Gears since day 1, and I love Gears to death, I'm online constantly so I know. I just hope Microsoft can make the NeXboX soon so Gears can play like the PC version - everything turned up @60 fps. ...

Although your point is valid, all your posts are filled with hate toward the xbox360 and particularly Gears 2. So your post is irrelevant to me. I doubt you even have a 360.
With that said, Drakes fortune's breakaway cover is subtle at best, and only with cover. Not the whole environment like Epic showed us in the dev demo. We still don't know whether or not the Campaign has it or not and multiplayer might exlude it for bandwith reasons, ...
I swear, we can never keep ps3 fanboys out of Gears 2 threads. It's impossible! No matter how hard we try. We show love for their overpriced console, we praise MGS4 (a long boring movie), we even make promises to get a ps3(albeit a fake one) and still they won't stay away. One day...one day we will. Either that or they finally get a 360 and Gears and shut the he** up!
We pay for it anyway. Why not more features, is that a bad thing? You still need the cd for authentication (if not all would be renting games and downloading them for keeps), it won't spin (only once)and you won't get the noise you usually do when playing something like Gears. No difference? Here's an example, play gears and then play an xbox 1 title downloaded from xbox live. That would be the difference. And its practical, since DVD's don't have that much to download compared to say, Bluray...

Sony does have money and maybe even more than Microsoft. They are a hardware company(Sony tv's/lcd's, computers, etc.) and they own a Major Record Label if not many, and a Major Movie Studio, so yeah, they have money. To be fair this list is from sales of Jan.2008 to Aug.08. Gears came out in Nov. 06, and Halo Sept.07. FYI, Halo did break records for sales in first week as Gears did for new IP(GOW currently 5mil+). You're welcome fanboys. Are you fanboys insane? This game will go down in history! This game when it was first introduced had some of the best graphics & animations, finally!
