I stopped using XP since Vista arrived. I had minor problems with Vista Ultimate 64-bit but ALL are resolved till recently when iTunes was finally compatible with x64 systems. Something is not compatible in your Vista OS, just run it xp-compatible mode it's in there.

I'm still not impressed. The characters still look cartoony, laser sight is still wobbly and animations are laughable not to mention Enemy and friendly A.I. are horrible(from what I've seen). No co-op or splitscreen? Oh well, I'd still like to go through the story and pwn some Helghas...
Last time I checked Valve publishes Valve games, EA just distributes the retail version. Except for Orange Box on PS3, EA asked to port it over.

Microsoft should adopt something like Bluray nextgen so that bigger games could fit on the one disc and not suffer from unnecessary compression due to disc space issues, etc. Just a thought.

It's funny because every time my older brother comes over for dinner/weekend/boxing I always offer him to play a shooter(other than halo) and he refuses. I offer him Gears and nothing. I finally offer him Halo 3 and you see his face light up LOL. I don't understand, he's played all of the shooters out right now and nothing moves him like Halo... goes to show you how much of an impact a game like Halo has on someone from the most casual to the most hardcore.
COD4 having superior graphics to halo 3 is arguable. Halo 3 selling almost 9 million copies at the same time Call of Duty 4 sold 10 million yet being multiplat with players consistently playing on all 3 platforms does not make COD4 a "halo Killer". Try selling COD4 on just the PS3 to see if it sells 10 million and you will see. Then again, we will see with Killzone 2 the supposed halo 3 killer. I kid...
Sony may never have a halo killer but they could have their own flagship shooter. Xbox 360 still has 2 flagship shooters with Gears & Halo. Killzone 2 could be that shooter, "could" be because surely Killzone 1 wasn't and Resistance 1/2 sure aren't either.

Honestly, the only problem I had with the x64 Vista version was iTunes - it wasn't compatible, but that has changed. Every software so far has installed and performed flawlessly not to mention the OS(64bit version) will recognize all of your system RAM.

Well, I would agree except nothing before or after it crashed like Windows ME did. I have a Windows ME pc, I run XP on it and have no problems now ( the only machine I have that runs it only because it's the only machine that refuses to install Vista).
