DLC is ruining gaming because companies are using it the wrong way and fracturing user experiences and the online communities. What makes it worse is what you do get is what really should be considered BETA software because of all the patching that seems to need to be done.
The guy had a lot of valid points. While GT was awesome when it came out on PS1 it hasn't done too much to improve itself over the years. Really just adding better graphics, cars, and tracks. Now having spent a night with GT5 I'm a little disappointed. It's the GT we all have come to love but I'm not sure if that is enough given the current competition. While the game has a ton of cars only the premium cars look good to me. While Forza cars models might not be as detailed as the premium cars in GT5 they are all at least at the same level of detail. They should have focused on 720P and 60FPS pushing for as much detail as possible. The extra resolution is nice but it's not even a full 1080P so why bother?

I'm not sure I'm a fan of the co-op focus of this game. Castlevania just doesn't scream co-op experience to me. I would have much preferred HD MetroidVania style game.
I figured these games would have with the Kinect. Like Wii Sports does with the Wii.
Looks pretty damn cool. Can't wait to play it!

I'm a first gen 8GB iPhone owner. It has been a great phone. I just picked up the HTC Evo this weekend and I'm very impressed with it. I've got 30 days so if the iPhone HD rocks then I might switch back over. Right now I can't see that happening as the Evo is pretty damn sweet!

I'm interested to see how well these NVIDIA cards do once the drivers mature. Since it's an entirely new chip there should be a lot of performance left to be tapped.
They guy is spot on with his review. I'm not sure why everyone has to be fan boys about someone's opinion. Let's come back in a few months and see what people really think about GT5. I have a feeling it will be closer to this review unless Sony steps up and cleans up the shortcomings in the game.
