I feel bad for people that have to behave like this console war thing is the crusades. Some comments are constructive criticisms, and thats cool but some people act like there system is a religion on the net. I doubt the same people behave like this in real life(hopefully), but why act like this on the net? Does it make one feel good about creating a persona on the net, and lose yourself in it. It has to be either that...or some of these names on n4g are immature.
I am not going to lie. I actually come to this site more than other forums because the "fanboys" make this site so freaking funny. I actually openly laugh when I see what some people post. Like I really hope thats not how they are in real life or else that would be sad but on the net its actually kind of funny.

I did noticed the way that guy got ripped in half, the graphics didn't use photorealism. But I'm glad that Ted was not only admitting it, but letting everyone know that they were going for hyper realistic gameplay. He seems like an honest humble guy.

nah man i wouldnt say all the color in GeOW2 is dull. There are some environments that do look like it has variety. It still gives that Unreal look to it but looks good nonetheless. Be a gamer people, both games genuinely look good.

I personally like the two weapons thing. I'd rather go for a little realism in that department. hmm...maybe just me i guess. It's probably for the better maybe, so no one person collects ALL or most of the weapons on a map then is unstoppable. Kind of balances things out I think
sorry lightning but there are square like chunks in gears of war 2 as well. i just checked their GeOW2 vids. the videos with multiplayer,singleplayer, the video about sound and weapons...all of them. The explosions I see, I see in gears as well. It's okay to have an opinion of course but you must understand, R2 (insomniac) are extremely talented developers, like how Epic is talented. Just be a gamer man. Life is less stressful when you hate.

I'm definitely a PS3 owner but I think this game is cool. Obviously the graphics aren't KZ2 or GeOW2 or anything but the premise and what you do is cool. All in all graphics seem okay but the gameplay actually looks fun in my opinion. I'm hoping when my brother gets back from school he will have this and me, him, and my little brother can play. I believe that is the point of it, so you get together whether online of off, to play with friends or family.

I definitely agree. R2 actually really has me excited enough to preorder recently. That forest level looks amazing, really AMAZING. Fallout 3 is going to be good for my RPG needs and I hope my sister buys LBP to round it off. All in all, the three games have high replay ability and they seem like good investments.
