You're a sad individual.
This console will drive me to bankruptcy. I swear it will...
I know I'm going to get crucified for saying this - and that's fine, I can handle it - but I absolutely hated the combat in the first one. So much so, that I dropped the game.
It's just one of those things. It either "clicks" or it doesn't, and that's going to be different for every single person trying the game.
So while this may, or may not, be clickbait, I can at least understand where it's coming from. I've been ...
Not gonna lie, I just clicked to take a better look at those titties.
Holy cow...
I liked the first one, so I'll naturally be buying this one as well.
The price seems right for what I expect to get out of it.
What?
Then why do I only have disagrees?
The thing is, I actually finished the game and have some constructive criticism to make.
The cut-scenes were choppy as hell, no idea what was going on there.
There was too much fighting and not enough platforming, during the first half of the game at least.
Dodging with the right stick wasn't responsive enough. It worked, but only barely.
There were obvious frame dips (into the 20s, I assume), espe...
I actually really liked the game. My main complaint (other than the frame-rate) would be that there was too much "smashing" and not enough platforming. But that got a little better towards the end.
If they can fix that, Knack 2 will probably be a great title.
Disappointed not to see most of my favorites.
Persona 3 and 5 nowhere to be seen. Shadow of the Colossus way down at 40 and A Link to the Past at 35. Neverwinter Nights and Icewind Dale probably too old to be remembered among so many PC games. Suikoden didn't make it. Xenogears didn't make it. Star Ocean didn't make it.
All of my Saturn specials, like Guardian Heroes, NiGHTS and Dragon Force out of the equation.
No Gunstar Heroes. N...
I'm sorry, but a "super bad ass rig son" sounds awesome.
Where can I get one?
If you buy 10, I promise I will buy one myself.
Now... let's see how deep your love for Microsoft actually is.
I liked it.
Then again, I also liked Knack, so yeah...
You're probably the only sensible person in this entire comment section.
It's simply too early to reach any conclusions. Be they good, or bad.
I honestly don't care as long as the great games keep coming...
I actually have a 4K TV now, so this sounds more appealing. But $499 is way beyond what I'm willing to pay for a gaming console.
Then again, this is probably not for the regular (more casual) consumers, like myself...
The sad part is that I've already bought one of those: Child of the Light.
I really wanted that game on display...
I don't care much about resolution, but frame rate is key. And I honestly don't see such an under-powered piece of tech like the Switch reaching 60 frames very often, on third party titles.
I'll even say that I can't tell the difference between my Full HD and 4K TVs, but maybe that's because I sit so far away from them. HDR is a different story, but I could write a whole article on my experiences with HDR...
Honestly one of the best consoles I've ever owned.
To say that it surpassed my expectations would be the understatement of the century...
What the hell, man?
I don't really see Persona 5 as a Game of the Year nominee...
I see it more as a contender for Game of the Decade.
