That's why I said it's not for me.
I don't think those games are mediocre at all, I actually think they're great.
Power is nice and all, but it's not really a factor when I consider a console purchase. It always boils down to the games.
I'm sure it's an amazing console in its own right, but I don't think it's for me.
It doesn't have a Bloodborne, a Gravity Rush, a Persona, a Last Guardian, a Horizon...
I'm sounding like a fanboy now (and that's sad), but the truth is this console just doesn't have enough unique games to make it worth the price. I'm sure the titles it does have will look absolutely incredible, but I'll be honest here: I couldn't care les...
What I need to know:
PS4 has better exclusive games.
I'm going to get downvoted into oblivion, but I'll say it anyway:
No games, no sale.
Games. It's all about the games.
Nintendo, please... just let me upload the damn thing.
Well, that's not what I wanted to hear...
I am not -- and never will be -- willing to pay 300 € for this console.
The game is at 72 on OpenCritic (a reliable source, unlike Metacritic).
That puts it below Andromeda.
Not that surprising.
I can (somewhat) tolerate an RPG with bad animations and character design, but I absolutely can't tolerate a platformer with terrible controls.
My sources tell me it actually sold 2 million, digitally.
Bah, who am I kidding... it sold like absolute shit.
Post it on Reddit first and see if other people are having the same issue.
When I had problems with the eject button of my (launch) PS4, I had dozens of helpful suggestions.
Sadly, none of them worked, but I have a Slim now and the problem is gone.
Also, I'm going to sound like an asshole for saying this, but it seems Nintendo fans are the absolute worst at accepting that these highly advanced consoles are bound to have a few problems.
Another day, another reason to wait.
Still waiting on that revision.
------------SPOILER ALERT------------
Bloodborne.
Those bastards turned me into a freaking squid...
What is this, Splatoon?!
------------SPOILER ALERT------------
Too much greatness can be a bad thing... I'm completely broke.
For me, it would be the opposite.
If I got a Switch, it would rarely be docked. The dock would basically just serve as a charger.
They need games with complex narratives.
They basically need a Bloodborne.
Fear the old blood.
Good thing one of them didn't, or this game would've been a lot more boring.
I honestly don't want Bloodborne 2.
It's one of my favorite games, but I think that story is complete. It doesn't need a sequel.
€320 where I live. The Slim is at €250 every other week.
That's 70 euros more expensive than a more powerful console. You can already guess which one I bought...
