I'd say they did learn something. Honest PR. As I said up top they released a statement saying that demo wasn't representative of their actual game. That right there shows they're setting the expectations not just early but honestly. Before they just ran with it and eating it up and bit them hard at launch. I'd say they're off to a good start PR wise anyway.

I don't think it's any of that. Im sure hes heard of Xbox multiplat approach but wanted to do their own thing anyway. He has complete freedom and direction. This game could be a break out hit and join Larian Studios Baldurs Gate and Clair Obscure Expedition 33 a more independent studios.
What I dont understand is why not delay it? Sony has delayed plenty of their games back then for quality assurance and always worked out for them. So why aren't they delaying this game? I've heard a few theories that Sony wants the game to fail so they can absorb majority of Bungie. Then the studio will be just a shell of a name alone.
