Glad I skipped the live show and watched it later. Few good things but he has tired and boring format. Everything's either a whimsical indie or colorful JRPG. JRPG after JRPG after JRPG. These games all run together I don't know where it starts and where it ends.
For a guy who was trying to kill E3 and do his own thing he sure does suck at doing his suck at it.
What does the dates have to do with anything? Where's the proof in that? Elaborate? So you're gonna ignore the Sony guy outright paying for exclusive deals that were timed and one of them was Black myth?
I have hard proof where's your proof to counter act it?
Wrong Stellar blade was announced as a multiplat then taken off because Sony published it. No plans now because sony took over.
@Crash what does that have yo do with the discussion at hand? You're deflecting.
I would read the link I posted. phil Rosenberg about buissness practice he makes. BM was part of it.
Taking games multiplat games away for a timed game is toxic business practice. If MS or Nintendo did the same you would be crying super hard. It's only "so what" when it's your favorite little platform. Can't be that predictable.
"Sure. Says the person who has flip-flopped multiple times between asserting that there was or wasn't a deal."
Oh really? How so.
Sony wants to break into the China scene and sell the most console and gain fanfare. They believed BM was a big enough game to do that.
@E no it's only a great evil when a game is announced as multiplat then taken off due to a last minute deal. No one complained about those other timed deals because they were announced only on PS then other platforms later.
Don't be short sided.
A billion subscriber target? What are you taking about?
Well GP is set to make 5.5b$ in rev this year. GP also made up its most of it's content and services also last quarter.
The price plays a small role. If it did then South Of Midnight numbers would of gotten revealed through other sources. (No MS since they don't directly give numbers) that's a 40 game.
@Dude We dont know if it will be day and date. New studio, new new game is risky for not only the devs but the player. Skeptical players would GP it. They did, but more bought it and that's impressive for a new studio and new IP. GP didn't hurt them in any way.
@pach First Party that still sold well. They released at the same time also.
They're gonna run in hide and pretend like nothing ever happened. I apologized for no reason. GS played me. Never again will no be played or manipulated by game devs again...
Before you fanboys start because I know y'all will.

Coincendence indeed August 20th exactly 1 year after release. Not a random staggered month but 1 year exactly. That's still suspicious.
That's what I said. Not buying into tech demo hype and marketing.
Where's the flying desert girl type of technology we were promised 5 years ago?
As I mentioned above The sand fall devs seem to be happy with sells and that's on GP and Oblivion.
What about expedition 33? That sold well as along side Oblivion remaster.
I think It was MS cramming these games together. Especially when you factor in 2 high profile releases. Ppl are still playing Expedition and Oblivion.
Inn a recent interview with the Co founder of playground Games Gavin Raeburn the game was highly successful in revenue before the game sent to PS5.
The game generated 250million dollars in rev. The PS version initiated additionally 70 million in revenue.
Xbox guys show up for the big games that matter.
99% was the lack of games that got them here. Having to rely on gamepass, buying up everything and going multiplat. xbox's own negligence and incompetence in lack of exclusive first party is what got them here. Sure Xbox fans are finally having fun. After all the sacrifice of the hardware and identity PS is not the same vein clearly as they're slowly but steadily rebuilding their first party software.
It will hurt them in the long run if they don't have the big...
Percent chance of each studio from the Xbox game studios.
Halo Studios. Last game Halo Infinite in late 2021. Working on something else Halo 1 remake possibly or a sequel. Certain Affinity was making a Halo game but it got cancelled? Apparently?
50% If the Certain affinity Halo game isn't cancelled I can see it being there. However there's also a big chance that nothing Halo Related shows up.
