1. Among the best looking PS3 games.
2. Upgraded physics as you said.
3. Night racing.
4. NASCAR and Rally.
5. 1000+ cars.
6. 16 player online racing.
7. Did I mention how good this game looks!
This is not just bigger and better this is a behemoth compared to the other games in the series.
Something which GG are second to none when it comes to but in terms of anything from just pure detail and things on screen Crysis 2 will blow kizzy (as I am sure you'd refer to it) out of the water.

The only fault I can find with Forza 3 is that the graphics may not be on par with GT5 but then again what is. The physics in that game are phenomenal, the car sounds spot on, attention to detail (fuel consumption, tire wear, glowing brake discs etc).
Both games will be/are great in their own respects and to pretend otherwise is just fanboyism speaking.

And some of the details especially at mount olympus. Whats this BS about it not being 3D environments? the camera doesn't stay fixed behind the character and pans around the environment which is one of the things that makes GoW III so immersive. I am sorry but SC C may be visually impressive but is nowhere near GoW III nor Uncharted 2 for that matter.
But in all seriousness you should think about what you are approving.
You play it on a computer with CS installed...of which they have at some internet café's(at least in sweden they do)...is that really so hard to picture?

And Portal was one of the most original and atmospheric games this gen, pure brilliance so don't even bother trying to tell me those games wouldn't do the PS3 good, because I could betch almost every non-fanboy PS3 owner wants Valve working on the PS3

And now more than ever because of the almost literal war between the fanboys. The Wii, PS3 and 360 all have up's and down's for example the PS3 just released a motherload of games but are seemingly dry for the later part of this year and 360 seems to have it the other way as the only really blockbuster released so far is Mass Effect but later this year the 360 is unleashing hell. There is no telling who'll come out on top this year only educated guesses. But to say a a console will win is rid...
But sales have never assured a game of being "the best". In fact Mass Effect 2 has only sold around 1.5-.7 million, extremely undeserving numbers for a game that great so while I agree that sales matter they don't to the extent you are insinuating.

They said comeback, and THQ already confirmed RF 4 and Saints Row 3 for 2011 way back.
In the long run Sony has more but this year they have very few tricks left up their sleves.
