Lost crown was SO good I loved that game
Because they simply would’ve made more money simple as that. Majority of its players base was likely from GP. So it wouldn’t have made a difference to those people but on PlayStation it would’ve be simple cash
They should’ve just released it same time, making people feel wait 4 months couldn’t be more profitable then day and date release.
I just started Stellar blade and I’m feeling like I should’ve started Astro bot first. Heck my son beat the crap out of it
Scalebound was my reasoning for buying and Xbox one. Legit my biggest let down last gen
They have fun factors in multiplayer, but like any game the commitment to it is individual based. I personally can’t get into it, but my friend LOVES it and I think that’s dope.
My thing is I don’t like staying in games post credits anymore. That’s something I did as a kid because I didn’t understand it fully and missed a lot of content. These days I beat a game 80-100% and there’s really no real reason to replay for me. New game plus just feels like you unlocked god mode ...
Question, what can gamers not like about a game that hasn’t released, they haven’t played and have no grounded experience with other then previews that are small clips of the world the game is going to present?
The aesthetics is completely what people are breaking down in these games. And honestly, I think ALL assassin creed games aren’t good to me. The only one I kind of got into was origins and when I zoomed out of the map and saw how big it was with the traversal mechani...
Let’s be fair and really look at the last several releases of Ubisoft games. Majority of not all of the negative press has been about a female lead not being attractive or a person of colors implementation. Even PoP lost crown had people criticizing it for the protagonists hair style.
These aren’t delusions of people it’s a recorded observable dictation that is STILL on the internet. Rarely have I seen people criticize the gameplay of said games all aesthetics.

Honestly, it’s not all that surprising. They are pricey pieces of equipment. When steam deck released it was the cost of an all digital PS5 for the 64gb model. It cost more then a ps5 with disc for 256gbs at 529. And the founders addition was 649 for 512gbs. The very thing people screamed about the ps5 pro being the highest tier of steam deck was for less value in tech.
Super disappointing, can’t wait to see the leaked builds to see what they were aiming for. Still blows me away that current gaming designs are still so linear it makes it difficult to capture the essence of powerful characters like Superman, Wonder Woman etc. but a perfect fit for characters like Batman, Spider-Man. Essentially any character who can concede to the linear plans for control and mission structure.
A Superman/Wonder woman/GL/Thor game that doesn’t essentially c...
I like leveling up to much to not use it. Stat boosting makes me happy
My biggest gripe with the game is you have to spend 20-40 hours to get to the mechs. I’m not interested in trying that again, but I REALLY wanted to love that game.
I was pretty sure everyone knew about this after they released Dark souls 2.
Some people also think because a big company is developing a game and assembling people who never worked together before but are industry legends means a game will be flawless.
That is also not true, building a game from the ground up. Making it playable, fun and executing your vision is all a hard thing to meld together. And these teams aren’t just trying to half ass it.
They are putting their hearts and souls into these games. Half assing would be the m...
“ At that time, Bing and his team at Ultizero Games didn’t know much about game development, and they continued to make mistakes.”
This is such an important statement that the consumer should always remember. Making games is not an easy task and we need to remember how much they put in and have to do.
7 and 4 are the only 2 I played on this list and even regardless of their negative press. I had a blast with both games, and I have no regrets with them.
Xbox always have their biggest output year 1 of the console life and year 5. They have always been dry in between. But, we will continue to act as if MS doesn’t have a pattern
My mentor once told me, regardless what happens at the career you are currently at. The experience you get trumps everything… so after they buckle and dimed me for my growing skillset and didn’t give me the acknowledgement i deserved.
I took my expertise to the market and got a gig that paid me nearly 60% more of the last gig was paying on my salary.
Needless to say, he was right the skills stayed the money increased. We will be okay in the end
If they announce those portal 3 and team fortress then with an ability to see performance metrics and customize to the machines abilities. Then I could see people being interested for sure
My biggest issue with this game was Pacing, both in story and traversal, if you are going to do open world/sandbox. Traversal needs to be fun, FF7rebirth got this right. The stories pacing also was overly dragged out and segwaying between story and the gameplay.
Story wise it’s as final fantasy game, and the ending is as final fantasy as it gets. But it’s not in my top 5 of FF games and honestly it barely nudges top 10
