They can still buy a bunch of third party developers...MS has $93 billion in overseas cash, this is just a useful way to purchase a money making product that people love(for some reason) that will boost their gaming/entertainment division.

They are probably going to milk it, this is Maxwell, next series will be higher TDP Maxwell, then 20nm Maxwell(or Pascal) will be the big boost.

'Murica, that is all.

AMD needs to step it up first then, their CPUs get slaughtered by Intel in compute at similar wattages. Their GPUs are solid though.

They are awesome in Forza if you like to play with no assists, you can feel tire grip loss and brake lock. I can play the game with the sound off because these triggers.

They will release a 250 watt Maxwell card after AMD shows their guns, expect a big jump in performance then. But yea, 22nm will bring much bigger gains.

That's not how it works at all, it reads your desktop resolution set in windows, so it's reading 3840x1080, so yes its almost 60% for 1080p alone for people that took the survey.

4242d ago 9 agree2 disagreeView comment

If the author had half a brain he would realize that 3840x1080 is two 1080p screens, one for gaming one for whatever. Which would put 1080p to almost 60% of Steam gamers.
