This isn't profit, this is the upfront cost on investment. Intel would lose money wasting fab space on low profit chips for consoles.
But what if that 5% equates to 20 million worldwide? I don't know the numbers, neither do you, just sayin'
OC is factory overclocked, OC OC is that card manually overclocked further, essentially its limit.
Ok this card is a true monster, check out that OC.

Wasn't expecting it to be anywhere close to Titan, impressive.
Website author misrepresented his words, either out of ignorance or clickbait (probably both).
He's referring to unified memory structure, which high-end PCs won't get until early next year with the GTX 800 series(Maxwell). However, in terms of raw compute, consoles are way behind, he only references compute vs current gen (consoles). You can't argue FLOPs.
No one is really surprised, PC gaming doesn't really need MS other than Windows, and that isn't a guarantee 5 years from now. If PC gamers get a reason to leave Windows, it's only MS's fault. But one thing's for sure, PC gaming will never die.
You missed his point, next Gen capable hardware is already in players hands on PC.
NVIDIA has always priced higher than AMD because gamers prefer them almost 2:1.
It's been confirmed for PC, no worries.
Lol the desktop has been "dead" for years in terms of consumer sales. Gamers build their PCs, so long as Steam has a healthy audience (60 m), PC gaming is here to stay. With a surge in APUs more people will be gaming on laptops than in the past as well.
Yes, it's easy to see how much Creative Assembly cares about their products.
Yes, it makes me nauseous if the FOV is too low, it's because I'm used to focusing on something when turning in FPS games, its harder to do with a low FOV + fast turn speed(from a mouse)
Sounds about right, this game has been FUBAR for months now
Got Milk?
Titan is the fastest GPU ever made, why would you expect the 780 to beat it, however it'll come close.
Wait, you're just now realizing the cell is crap?
Unofficially its already out as the open beta characters won't be wiped upon official launch.
I'm really enjoying it, its a breath of fresh air into the MMO world.
The PS4 is much more future proofed than the PS3 was at launch. If unified memory becomes a widely used standard, PC will not really catch up until 2014 when Nvidia has this standard implemented in all Maxwell GPUs.
That being said, PC traditionally always goes into a 1-2 year dark age after a console release, I don't think this will happen with this gen due to a shared architecture across the board as well as the presence of Steam gaming.
It's a goo...
I wouldn't say it's crap, it will enable more gaming capable Ultrabooks for those who do not purchase a laptop primarily for gaming.
Yes, Haswell desktop is a "meh" compared to Ivy Bridge and Sandy Bridge(PC gaming CPU kings), but it's mobile where this is a big leap with its power savings.
